The villa offers cots and high chairs, ensuring comfort for even the youngest visitors. This charming villa offers modern amenities, providing a perfect getaway for those looking to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings.

100% exclusivity guaranteed.
A dedicated team of staff available 24/7 at the villa. The
villa can be taken with or without staff. A manager will meet
you on arrival and introduce the staff. He is contactable 24/7.

Living and dinning is on the verandah facing the sea and pool.

One bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor. A small reading room can be turned to a single bedroom.

1st floor has 3 Ac bedrooms ( two sets of rooms have connecting doors) with ensuite bathrooms.

Large and spacious living room with comfortable sofas, Satellite TV, Fridge. Large and spacious balcony with comfortable sofas and chairs to relax.

Private infinite pool

Staff are up by 6 am and will keep a spotlessly clean villa for you. The beach and pool is cleaned daily by 6.30 am. Staff will provide a 24/7 service.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this area to build our holiday home as we love the breathtaking views of the ocean, the soft golden sand and the charm of the seaside village, and the almost private beach that feels like our own personal sanctuary. We love snorkeling at the coral reef just in front of the property, walking along the quite beach with our dogs. ( the pet dogs allowed onto the property only if guests like dogs - if not they are kept in our premises across the road from the villa)

It was a delightful bonus when we discovered that our antique house was built with coral almost 200 years ago during the arrival of the Dutch settlers and has been lovingly restored.
This unique feature adds a touch of historical charm and ecological significance to the villa.

The walls, constructed with thick coral from the ocean, embody the robust building practices of that era. The original clay tiles on the floor remain, offering a cool, aimed at maintaining a cool interior climate.

The villa's architecture reflects the bygone era, techniques used to ensure comfort in tropical climates. Despite the passage of time, South Point Abbey has been meticulously restored, preserving its historical essence.
