8 bedroom Luxury Beach Front Villa. Exclusive. Pool. Ideal for groups.

Exclusive private beach front villa, ideal for families and friends. All 8 bedrooms are air conditioned with ensuite bathrooms and has stunning views of the Ocean. Blackout curtains, King size four poster beds with mosquito nettings.

The long verandah has comfortable chairs to relax and sip a cool refreshing drink. The 2nd floor has a large living space with ceiling fans. Ocean view and a television.

Inside dining areas has ceiling fans.

A centrally located well equipped kitchen with a chef who can prepare authentic Sri Lankan and western meals. Guests can walk into the kitchen and watch the chef prepare their meals.

The villa has a team of dedicated staff, who are up at dawn to ensure a good stay. They are friendly courteous and discreet. Staff are up by 5.30 am to open the villa. Two Managers available 24/7 and on call. The garden, beach and pool is cleaned daily.

The garden steps down to a soft sandy beach. Sea is good for swimming and surfing spots close by.

Large 20 x 40 foot pool.

Pool, garden and beach is cleaned daily by 6 am.

Visitors can bring their own alcohol. NO corkage.

For larger groups south point ocean extension has 3 bedrooms - Sleeps 7 pax + 4 1/2 bathrooms, sitting room. Bedrooms have large balcony and ocean view. These 3 extra rooms are given to the same group only, Please check rates for the 3 extra rooms - sleeps 7 pax.

Amazing new Villa - great location & service!

We were a large party of 19 friends, getting together from various parts of the world for a reunion. It was difficult to find a place that could accommodate 19 guests and the properties South Point Ocean and South Point Villa, that we rented worked out very well for all of us. South Point Ocean is a new property with well lit and appointed rooms and right on a private beach. The pool was large and could accommodate our large group. The owner and the manager, made it very easy for me to arrange for the reservation and once we got there, gave us ample info on how to arrange for food, any activities etc. Excellent interactions via email which made it easy for me to coordinate with them, especially being in the US and on a totally different schedule. The highlights of our stay were: - the impeccable service by the many boys that were waiting on us. Their energy, the smile and the warmth signifies true Lankan hospitality. The boys were excellent to keep an eye on our activities and find slots to clean the bedrooms and the common space, so they were always amazing! - the food was amazing and cooked to order; we had a mix of excellent Sri Lankan dishes to Continental, and enjoyed every dish that was prepared - Weather and Beaches were perfect in June, was supposed to be Monsoon season, but there was on hint of rain and the humidity was very minimal - The views from SP Ocean and Villa, were amazing - though I will say that SP Villa was a lot more ethnic than the SP Ocean property

Bliss .. and welcome stay on way to Yala

We arrived after a exhausting week in Colombo attending a famous cricket match. The setting at South Point Ocean is spectacular and idyllic. Large, temperature controlled, beach front pool that leads to a soft sandy beach at end of the bay. Nobody. apart from us used this almost private corner. The rooms in this 3 storey large building were incredibly spacious and well maintained. Hot water always. AC were very chilling. I didnt use the TV. The Internet relies on 4G router which allowed my daughter to connect to her school for 'video lessons'. No complaints. Although there are other villas next door, owned by same family: we barely saw or heard other guests. Apart from out family and friends, nobody else used the unoccupied suites across 3 floors in this 7 suite property. The fully staffed villa allowed meals to requested to order - both western and traditional Sri Lanka. We requested a line caught Tuna to be purchased. This served Sashimi for 5 and used for grilled and curry on meals later in the day. Its not normal to keep food overnight - be specific if you need something held for next day. Portions are large. we were told to communicate with House Keeper if we wanted anything, including level of attention. Some prefer the house boys (neigh butlers) to be always present a few feet away which is normal for a Sri Lanka family and others prefer to call them /ring a bell when needed. Overall, we make this is regular stay after the event in Colombo. We will definitely be staying here agin... and trying the other properties within this cluster.

An immaculate experience @ South Point Ocean

An immaculate experience with my family, celebrating our wedding anniversary and B'day, the staff, the food was ravishingly very good. The kitchen was clean as per the required standards, rooms well maintained and the ambiance was simply perfect. Surroundings there was simply no disturbance, privacy was well maintained and the Pool where my family enjoyed with our children is an memorable experience. Being a member of the MYC, MC, Monaco, I would with no doubt recommend South Point. 👍 Quebec Oils & Gas

What a place!!! Can't recommend enough!

This property and the staff completely exceeded all our expectations! We had the most wonderful week in their capable hands and nothing seemed like too much trouble (which is no mean feat considering they had 17 of us to look after!). We definitely hope to be back.

Beautiful private property, amazing service!

Property is much nice than the pictures show! Service levels to match or better most 6 star hotels, meals made to order (almost) and right by a private beach. Home away from home! Will recommend and will visit again!!

We decided to rent the villas out on exclusive use basis to families and friends who want to be together and enjoy the Sri Lankan hospitality. We give job opportunities to people in the surrounding areas. We train the staff, they are kind, pleasing, friendly, courteous and discreet. The villa is opened and cleaned by 6 am daily. We want our guests to experience a homely setting and to feel the villa is their own private home during their stay. We don't clutter the villa with artifacts as this would stress parents with little children. Kids can run around and enjoy themselves. " Less it more " It is very important that our guests have a wonderful and memorable stay at our property, we will do our best to ensure that. 100% exclusivity guaranteed. No outsiders will enter the villa other than the serving staff. The owner will handle all the emails personally and handover to the team at the villa. The owner will be in contact with the staff to ensure all goes well and is contactable 24/7 by mobile phone. The owner lives in Colombo.

If you want action then Ahangama which is less than 1/4 km away is now very popular for surfing and cafes. Busy popular tourist beaches are 15 minutes away -in Mirissa and Unawatuna and Galle UNESCO Heritage site is only 16 km away.
