Deluxe apartment centrally located 500m beach:
Apartment of 85m2 located in the center of the beautiful town of Sant Feliu de Guíxols only 500m from the beach, 8km from Platja d'Aro and 33km from the Airport of Girona. It is on the second floor with a quiet street view from the living room. It has three bedrooms with two double beds and one single bed. There is a complete bathroom with shower, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating for winter, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included and parking space. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

The property was in a good location close to the beach and center city. It was also clean and very quiet. The only downside was that it smelled heavily of tobacco and it was supposed to be a non smoking rental. There also were not enough towels for everyone, no soap of any kind anywhere and one skimpy roll of toilet paper for 4 days. We had to buy all the basic sanitary products which should have been included.

The place was fine. Definitely IKEA central. The biggest problem is that they don’t supply soap or toilet paper. 1/3 of a roll is all we got and the manager ignored or texts for more toilet paper. I under you would not supply shampoo, but we’re also supposed to carry a bar of soap with us? And, no toilet paper?! No toilet paper is ridiculous. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped so don’t expect to cook much. And, only one very small dish towel.

Solide Unterkunft mit Optimierungspotential

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Das Städtchen hat alle Bedarfe abgedeckt und bot gemütliche Ecken. Zum Baden waren wir am liebsten an der Bucht von Sant Pol - knapp 15 Minuten Fußweg. Die Unterkunft war okay. Die Küchenausstattung war auf das Wesentlichste reduziert. Die Betten waren gut. Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren unkompliziert. Wichtig: Vorab den Umgang mit der Alarmanlage klären. Wir waren mit dem Alarm völlig überfordert - plötzlich spanische Polizei in der Gegensprechanlage - und konnten die Anlage erst nach mehreren Versuchen abschalten.

Easy check-in and a short 10 minute walk to the beach made this place bearable. Otherwise it was adequate. Living space and dining room fine, bedrooms also as specified. When we arrived there was a terrible smell, quite musty and a little fishy. It aired out by the next day but only after we ran the air conditioning overnight. The floors needed sweeping, and there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no paper towels (I don’t know if that’s typical for the area). Overall serviceable, good location, but felt a little uncared for.

El pis es gran, amb molta llum i decorat amb gust.Es pot anar caminant al centre, i a la platja en 8' aproximadament.He trobat a faltar lo imprescindible com sal, capsules cafe per la cafetera, sucre, estropajo, sabo plats, sabo per la rentadora o inclòs una pastilla sabo al bany, etc...Vaig haver de recollir les claus a 15' en cotxe de l'apartament. Per sort les he pogut deixar a l'apartament per tornar-les.Una llàstima, perquè es pot estar molt bé amb petits detalls.
