Short stay summer breaks available!!

A stunning Edwardian townhouse located in the heart of St. Davids. Operated as two apartments out of season, but let together during peak season. The house is a tasteful fusion of the style of the 1920s with a contemporary twist. 6 beautiful bedrooms & 4 bathrooms provide stylish accommodation for 11 guests. Free internet access is provided via wifi and smart TVs allow access for film downloads, catch up TV etc. The spacious kitchens have ample seating for additional guests if entertaining is a requirement and either will accommodate all guests for dining together. A washer dryer is situated in the boot room and an outbuilding for storage of all your beach stuff or bikes. Whilst centrally located, the house has a peaceful garden and a sunny courtyard for outdoor relaxation. All the local amenities are on the doorstep, the supermarket is 50yards away, as is the city centre with its shops, banks, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk, as is the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast path. Public transport is also on the doorstep, which provides links to our beaches, North and South Pembrokeshire, and with rail links to the rest of the country.

Please bring beach towels/pet towels. Our towels and bed linen are not to be removed from the house nor used to clean animals.

Walking holiday

The property of two flats into one, housed 10 of us comfortable. A bit of a squash for dining but we managed The house is very central for anywhere in St David’s and good for the coastal path and bus service. Very enjoyable stay with beautiful weather.

Family Holiday (4 Generations)

Bryn Sion in St David’s was perfect for our annual family holiday. Eldest 93 down to 5 years old. Very clean overall and the kitchens had everything we needed (often in these holiday lets we’ve found there haven’t been enough cooking utensils/pans). The host was attentive and friendly. Little garden at the back was nice. Would definitely recommend

Very special house

So spacious and well equipped this was one of the best holiday rentals we have ever enjoyed. The welcome goodies said it all...tasteful, generous and delicious. We used the whole house and could all spread out. The rain didnt seem to matter at all!

Holiday

We had such a lovely week here. The location is perfect for strolling around St.Davids and has a Nisa Supermarket less than a minute walk away which has everything you need. The house was spotless. The kitchens are really well stocked with everything you need to cook. The beds were SO comfortable with lovely linen. Couldn't fault it at all.

Hi, I'm Matthew and together with my family we own Bryn Sion. The property has been in our family since the 1930's. If you're interested in our history, please visit our website where you'll find how my family are rooted in the story of this village city and how my ancestors helped shape and develop it.

I'm an architect by profession, working in London for the first part of my career until I came home to St.Davids . It's a wonderfully enchanting place to live. We've let residential properties for generations and decided to convert this property to a holiday rental. It's ideally located, has an abundance of space, inside and outside and I've tried to provide everything that will make your stay a great one.

The apartment is recently refurbished throughout and all the appliances and facilities are new. Furniture pays respect to the 1920's and creates a great fusion with the modern.The gardens provide private areas ideal for relaxing throughout the day.
