Hi Sarah Thanks for your review, We are sorry you found the beds uncomfortable and indeed surprised as we have had numerous comments as to how well people have slept in both cottages. All of the ovens were working fine when we checked, although one does need both, the multi-function selector as well as the temperature selector to be used, for it to operate. The instruction manual for the oven is in the back of the cottage information book. Also I think I chatted with a member of your party on every day of your stay and on every occasion enquired as to whether everything was OK and on no occasion was the oven mentioned. I can only apologise for the fact that the basin waste in the ensuite broke two days before the end of your stay and that it was not possible to get it fixed before you left you left.

It’s a shame Pembrokeshire’s famous blustery weather made an appearance during your stay, but we loved seeing how you all made the most of it. I’m really sorry I didn’t get the chance to meet you this time—your visit happened to coincide with a hen weekend in Spain, and I also dedicate a couple of days each week to caring for my mum. That said, I did get to say hello to one of your group on a couple of occasions, and it was lovely to hear that, despite the weather, you all enjoyed your time here and managed to explore so much of the area.
