Luxurious 1 bedroom apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with partial sea view and inserted in a private condominium with swimming pool. Located just 120 meters from the beach.

Composed of an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed and bedroom with double bed. Air conditioning (cold and hot), cable TV and WI-FI.

The bedroom and living room have access to a balcony with partial sea view, to enjoy your vacation.

Within walking distance of the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc.

The apartment has a parking space in the basement of the Building.



NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).



- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



- Note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax:

Between the dates of November 1 and March 31 — from EUR 1 per person per night, not included in the total amount and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.

Between the dates of April 1st and October 30th — from EUR 2 per person per night, not included in the total amount and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.



- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use. The counts are taken at the entrance and at the exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).

Any consumption that exceeds the included amount will have to be settled by guests at NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.

Prices included, for electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation depending on the type of accommodation:

T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 6 m3.

If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the security.



PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical (not virtual) credit card, and it is necessary to confirm the transaction on your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
