アルヴォルの美しい漁村に位置するこのアパートは、村の中心部から徒歩わずか5分、美しい砂浜からは何マイルも伸びる完璧な場所にありますが、静かな場所にある素敵なコンプレックスにもあります。

各部屋に専用バスルーム付きの設備の整った大きな2ベッドルームアパートメント。 マスターは快適なキングサイズのベッドで構成され、セカンドベッドルームにはツインがあります。 大きなソファベッドは、6人が眠るのに十分なスペースを提供し、メインのリビングルームにはエアコンが付いています。
アパートは1階と2階にあるデュプレックスで、両方のリビングルームと両方のベッドルームからは、美しいプール、村、海の遠景を眺めることができます。

無料のwifi、フラットスクリーンテレビ（サウンドバー付き）、ブルーレイ、イギリスチャンネル、静かな夜をテーマにしたDVDのセレクションもあります。

バルコニーは合計4つあり、1階に2つ、ラウンジダイナーとキッチンからアクセスできます。さらに2つは両方のベッドルームからアクセスでき、2階にランドリーエリアがあります。 下の階にはトイレと洗面台付きのクロークもあります。

Location was perfect! Easy walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and all downtown restaurants. Loved having the pool to cool off in the afternoon before walking to dinner. Accommodation was exactly as shown with plenty of space and comfortable sleeping for 2 couples. Really liked the outdoor space for having clothes and the laundry.Very quiet location for sleeping and would definitely recommend for family and couples.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable in a quieter area of town. It is short walk to the downtown core, waterfront and grocery store.Would definitely return.

We had a lovely time in a very clean well maintained apartment. The apartment was well supplied. The beds were comfortable and the linens were changed weekly. We were just a short walk away from many restaurants and a grocery store. Sandra was a great host and was available for any questions. Thank you for such a great holiday.

Outstanding accommodation, exceptionally clean in a perfect location. Only 10 minutes walk to the town and harbour where there are some extremely good restaurants and bars. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone

Perfect holiday apartment

This apartment and location suited us as a family of five perfectly. Great accommodation and pool area and ideal location for town and supermarket. A walk to beach and no car required for our 12 night stay. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

Spacious and well equipped apartment in an excellent location.

Great apartment with great pool. Handy for supermarket and just a five minute walk into the town centre. Highly recommended.

Lovely Apartment

Stayed here for ten nights. Very friendly owners with the apartment well stocked with the basic necessities upon arrival including a bottle of wine (a very nice touch). Apartment is spotlessly clean. Situated only a five minute walk from the centre of Alvor with the Pingo Doce supermarket just around the corner. The complex is very quiet so if looking for a peaceful holiday then this place is definitely for you.

Family holiday in Alvor

Fantastic apartment in wonderful location. Everything you would need and much more. Great space, lovely pool area and ideal for us all. Our sixth visit to Alvor and we all agreed that this apartment was the best by miles. Already planning on booking again for next year.

Family holiday

This was our 3rd visit to Alvor and 1st time at this apartment. Apartment was lovely and had everything that we needed to have a fantastic holiday, can't praise the quality of this apartment high enough and simply can't wait to visit again. Such a lovely and relaxing pool area and very child friendly, couple of mins walk to the main bars and restaurants, perfect place to stay

10 days in great apartment

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We stayed in the apartment 10 nights July 24. 2 adults 2 teens It was everything we wanted. Spacious, well equipped, clean , comfortable, quiet. Pool area excellent.

Lovely duplex apartment. Quiet residential location, but in easy reach of amenities and beach. Sandra the owner was friendly and helpful throughout. Alvor is a sweet resort and we will definitely visit again.

Everything was just perfect, from booking to arriving everything was excellent. The property was just what we were looking for. Very clean. Excellent pool area that was very quiet. The location of property was ideal for walking in to centre of Alvor.

Great in so many ways

From start to finish the organisation was slick. Sandra emailed before we left to find out our travel details and told me exactly what to do. We were greeted in person and showed round a spotless apartment with everything we needed. The location was perfect, a great pool area and lovely people. We felt so welcome and had a wonderful week, thank you for being so great - it makes a huge difference and I'd recommend you and your apartment to anyone.

Fantastic accommodstion

This gem of a property has everything you need. Clean and comfortable, great beds and comfy sitting area. Everything you'd need from a kitchen a d multiple balconies. We absolutely loved it A ten minute walk to the centre and 15 minutes from thd beach. Steph a d Mi k were the perfect hosts and were on hand to help us during our holiday. Also speedy responses from Sandra, the owner when we gas s y questions. You'll be well looked after. Great property and great customer service.

Fabulous stay

Can’t say enough good things about our stay in Alvor. Sandra and Dan were super. Sandra gave us a walking tour of the village the day after our arrival The condo is large, bright, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and a short walk away from the town and grocery store The complex is very lovely and well maintained. Best of all was how quickly Sandra and Dan responded to our requests. They were always available, courteous and made us feel like family. We couldn’t have asked for better landlords. We highly recommend this condo. It is absolutely perfect!

Stay in Alvor

This appartment was beautiful, spacious and very clean. Sandra was a wonderful host and answered our messages quickly. It is close to a supermarket, beach and lots of restaurants. It was also very quiet at night. It has a beautiful pool and a parking space as well. Alvor is close to many other interesting towns. We rented a car for a week and were able to drive around and visited few other towns.We are definitely considering coming back to Portugal. Alvor is very pretty. Thank you Sandra for all your help and kindness!

Summer Holiday In Alvor

We had a great holiday in Alvor for the first time. The accommodation was spacious, modern, well equipped and clean. The pool was large and surrounded by gardens and plenty of sun loungers. The accommodation was no more than a 5 minute stroll into town for plenty of bars and restaurants. The beach was 15 mins walk, but down hill on the way and happy to stop for a cold drink or ice cream on the way back. Sandra was lovely and a great communicator. A folder with all you needed to know was left for guests to use. Fantastic ❤️

A relaxing break

The location of the complex is ideal. 5-10 minute walk to town, 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and a 40 minute walk to the far end of the beach.The complex has a lovely shared pool and the surrounding area is spacious. There were more than enough sun beds while we were there (June) and we noticed some more stacked in a storage area so possibly they would bring out even more in the busy periods.During our visit the majority of the guests were like us (on the mature side!!!) but I imagine it works well for families too.The apartment is very well-kept and has a lot of living space (full disclosure - there were only two of us, so of course it was great for us :-) ).Sandra is a really great host and very attentive. We had no issues and have been to Alvor many times so we didn't need much help, but I think she would offer a lot of support for newbies.All-in-all a fabulous two weeks!!!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

A lovely apartment in an ideal location close to the town and a short stroll into the beach. A first and second floor duplex apartment with two good size bedrooms, one with Kind sized double bed and the second with twins, both with en-suite bathrooms. We have made every effort to ensure that you have as many creature comforts as possible including free WiFi, amazon fire TV, flat screen and sound bar. We also have blu-ray with a variety of movies if you fancy staying in and relaxing instead of heading into town to enjoy the many different types of restaurants and bars on offer. If you need it, there is a washing machine, dishwasher, we also have air conditioning in the main living area.
The apartment is in a secure gated complex with remote opening gates for your car and additional keys for the pedestrian side gate.
We love it here, and really hope that you enjoy a fantastic holiday, be sure to have drinks at Restinga on the beach, we always start our holiday here with a cold drink enjoying the beautiful scenery.
