This luxurious five-bedroom, four-bath Villa is in the highly sought-after residential area of Los Mojones in Puerto del Carmen. It has recently been fully renovated and refurbished, and comfort, luxury and elegance await you on your visit.

Casa Quevega has a large, luxurious private pool and terrace, with an inspiring view of the sea. The pool has a unique waterfall feature that adds tranquility to the setting.

High Volcanic walls provide complete privacy throughout your stay. The Villa is a 5-minute stroll from the Old Town, or a 10-minute walk to the New Town.

The old town offers great shopping and a range of excellent bars and restaurants along with a beautiful harbour, scenic views and the famous Playa Chica beach. The new town has a choice of expansive sandy beaches, offering all the aquatic fun you could want. There is something for everyone within walking distance of this very special villa!

This Villa is situated 2 doors away from one of our other properties, Villa Ananda.

Entering the Villa you will first find a spacious lounge with comfortable seating, a HD 52′ TV that includes English and Irish channels and Netflix, and a Bluetooth sound system.

Through an archway from the lounge there is a spacious fully-fitted kitchen with a large dining table with seating for 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances needed for your stay, including 2 full fridges and freezer.

Through triple-sliding doors off the lounge, a shaded seaview terrace overlooks the pool and patio area, and is equipped with modern, comfortable furniture for relaxing, including a built-in charcoal barbeque, dining table and chairs for al-fresco cooking and dining.

Down the steps from the terrace is the large saltwater pool and patio area. The pool is accessible by Roman steps. Around the pool there are sunbeds, umbrellas, and a solar-heated poolside shower for your added comfort. The pool has a unique waterfall feature that adds tranquility to the setting, and the pool and the surrounding patio are atmospherically lit at night.

Casa Quevega has five bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sleeps up to 12 people. Three bedrooms are ensuite.

There is WiFi throughout the Villa so you can stay connected, and there is an outdoor pool table that adds to the entertainment options.

Modern state-of-the-art security alarm systems, and two safes are installed to ensure you peace of mind during your stay. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Ash trays are provided adjacent to the patio area, which you are respectfully asked to use should you wish to smoke.
