The location of the villa was lovely, we’ve stayed in this area before so know our way round, a car is definitely needed. The villa lovely and the surroundings so peaceful. Polis square a few nice restaurants and Latchi Harbour the same. Debbie the host was very informative and left a lovely welcome pack all the things you would need. All the facilities u need were there, had a lovely barbecue one evening. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful house

Lovely house and in a beautiful location. The views are stunning and there is everything you could wish for available. The owner is brilliant and was extremely informative. I would say the pool is in the shade for a large part of the day so could do with heating but apart from that it’s absolutely brilliant!

Lovely Villa

Sometimes when you see photos of a place but are disappointed when you see it. Well this certainly did not happen at Triteos. It was beautiful set in the most lovely garden with magnificent views. So peaceful just right for unwinding and recharging. Our host/owner Debbie was most welcoming and left us a provisions welcome pack. We will certainly recommend and rebook.

Beautiful little retreat

The villa was beautiful, nestled on the edge of the village it was very quiet…. Which was perfect. The grounds of the villa are perfect, shade if you need it and great sun bathing space, pool was lovely. The owner came to meet us on the second day to make sure we were settled in and if there was anything we needed. The property manager was fantastic too, very quick to respond to and queries we had prior to the stay and all had some discount codes for various things to do and lots of advice. We would definitely recommend this property and hope they will have us back in the future. X x

Wonderful house, beautiful garden, lovely location, friendly owner.

Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Sun or shade, cool or hot. The pool was great for cooling off in and swimming. Nearby beach at Lachi with warm sea and sun loungers and umbrellas and great ice cream. Trip to Blue Lagoon recommended. And Moustakallis restaurant too. Brilliant Cyprus food at a celebration meal in nearby Lysos. Debbie was an amazing host. We came as strangers. We were welcomed into her family and left as friends and family. Thank you Debbie.

I cannot emphasise enough what a wonderful and truly amazing stay we had at villa Triteos. We were nervous at first due to the location being a little bit further out than we are used to but this actually added to the experience and meant we got to see the true beauty of the small local communities in the smaller less touristy villages. The villa itself is only a 10 minute drive from Polis and there’s a fanstastic taverna (water mill taverna) where we ate regularly which was around a 5 minute drive and also offered take away but the star of the show is the bbq area at the villa so you won’t be without choice! Debbie is a truly amazing host and gave us excellent advice and insight into where to go and do various activities during our stay. The villa was a home from home, very well thought out and the outdoor space is unlike anything we’ve experienced staying in other villas in Pafos! We are already looking to book again next year. If you are looking for a villa with a homely touch and amazing value for money for a couple or a family plus the added bonus of being owned by a wonderful local family, look no further 🧡

MY FIRST CHOICE VILLA

Villa Triteos in Peristerona is wonderfully situated on the edge of the quiet rural village. This is the 10th villa in Cyprus where we have stayed over recent years and is easily the villa we have most enjoyed. The garden is both attractive and the trees provide welcome shade from the hot Cyprus sun. The pool is great with large Roman steps for easy access. At the bottom of the garden there is a barbecue with adjacent food preparation area and a large sink.The villa is a traditional Cypriot house, which was built by the owners. The rooms are comfortable and easy to keep cool without the need for air conditioning.The owner, Debbie, is a lovely and warmly welcoming host, who made us feel at home. Communication both with Debbie and the rental company was good, with all the information we needed.While as regular visitors to Cyprus we don't eat out much, there are many excellent restaurants within a short drive.There is a great road to Polis (10km), which has banks, supermarkets and restaurants, and from Polis, it is a short drive to Latchi, where you can rent boats.We certainly plan to return to this, my first choice villa, which I recommend without hesitation.A car is a must for this villa.

Faultless perfection

Had an absolutely amazing stay here at villa triteos.Everything was perfect from start to finish.We arrived to simple access to the keys and we had a welcome basket full of goodies like fruits, wine and snacks which was perfect as we arrived a little later on the night so all shops were closed.The villa is a stunningly beautiful stone built property with gorgeous grounds and it truly took our breaths away, debbie who owns the villa arrived a couple of days into our stay and welcomed us with open arms, such a lovely lady. She gave us her wealth of information about things to do in the area and the best restaurants to visit as well as the history of the villa. She gave us her number and proceded to take her time to write everything down for us that she has mentioned in person so we had all the information to hand after she had left.The villa itself is beautiful and i cannot fault a single thing. The photos of this property are exactly what you see when you arrive. there are plenty of places to sit back and relax inside and outside of the property and the grounds are truly stunning and well kept. All amenities are great, the showers are brilliant and the beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would ever need and there is even a small dishwasher that was a lifesaver for us as well as a washing machine and even a toastie maker. The Perfect Escape

Villa Triteos has a rustic charm that instantly makes you feel at home and very comfortable. We loved the many balconies, the open plan living space, the stone arches inside and out, the spectacular views, the lovely private garden with various shady areas, the hammock, the comfy beds, the great showers, the well equipped kitchen and of course the pool to cool off in. Peristerona is a pretty village and a great base to explore from. A car is a necessity to reach the many beaches, local restaurants and hidden beauty spots. We loved eating at Moustakallis in Polis, The Watermill in Steni and various beach-front restaurants in Latchi. Debbie, the owner, popped in to welcome us and gave us loads of great places to visit, which were all excellent recommendations and to tell us the history of the Villa, which we loved. She had also left a welcome food parcel for our arrival, which was great as our hire car wasn’t arriving until the next morning. Debbie has really thought of everything and we wanted for nothing. Whether you are a family or just the two of you (as we were), Villa Triteos is a fantastic place to stay, the perfect escape. Steven from letsrentonline provided an excellent service and was really helpful in organising a taxi transfer from the airport and with car hire recommendations. All in all, a great holiday and we would love to return again in the future.

Just the most beautiful villa and location in our favourite part of Cyprus..The villa is beautiful both inside and out and Debbie the owner, is helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly...oh plus she provides the most useful and thoughtful welcome pack. Everything in Villa Triteos is geared towards your stay and it does not lack for any amenity. The pool area is stunning and benefits from having a separate child’s pool next to the main pool. The main pool is stunning in itself with two vase shaped fountains at the deep end that push the water back into the pool and are a lovely feature to laze around on a lilo in the afternoons after a day a Latchi beach. There are plenty of comfortable sun loungers around the pool with large parasols, there’s also a lovely grassy area with mature palm tree that provide shade to the pool , late afternoon. ( the pool is in full sun all day) The views from the upstairs bedroom’s balcony over the surrounding countryside are lovely and also the view over to the bay of Latchi at sunset . Car hire is a must, but nearby Polis and Latchi are an easy 15/20 minutes away. We stayed here in September 2020 and within the first week, we had already made up our minds to return next year.Thank you again to Debbie and her family

Best Villa We've Ever Stayed In

The villa was superb, inside and out. It was spotless when we arrived, with a fantastic welcome pack which had been left by the owner, Debbie, conatining breakfast cereal, biscuits, crisps, fruit, breadsticks, nuts, coffee, tea, milk, bread, cheese, meat and more. The three bedrooms were ideal for our family, with the wonderful four post bed downstairs with nearby toilet, and the upstairs twin and double bedrooms, with ensuite and balcone access. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and a nice kitchen table seating 6, also a TV and comfortable lounge area. The pool was delightful, and we made full use of it, and the pletiful loungers, family swing, hammock, and poolside stone table and chairs, as well as the outdoor dining table and chairs. There were also swings and a see-saw, and a barbeque with a table at the bottom of the garden. The location in Peristerona is quite remote, but the locals are very friendly when you venture down into the village to use the minimarket, or the lovely and welcoming cafe. Highly recommended villa, close enough to Latchi Marina, with boat trips, boat hire, watersports and a range of bars and restaurants just a twenty minute car ride away. Polis is a little closer, with some lovely restaurants and shops, a livelier location than Peristerona. A car rental is a must for getting around, but the roads are not busy, and drive on the left, so easier to navigate than most roads abroad.

Tolle Unterkunft mit fabelhaftem Ausblick

Wir waren zu viert in der Villa Triteos und alle waren begeistert. Alles entspricht den Bildern - man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf Berge und das Meer und bekommt nicht wahnsinnig viel von den Nachbarn mit. Die Eigentümer sind wahnsinnig freundlich und sehr schnell zu erreichen, falls es offene Fragen gibt oder wie bei uns einen kleinen Stromausfall. Es hat keine 20 Minuten gedauert, da stand der Eigentümer (Elektriker) vor der Türe.. Was man nur unbedingt für die Unterkunft benötigt ist ein Mietwagen, da es in die nächste größere Stadt 10km sind. Wir würden alle jederzeit wiederkommen :-)

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung, die Betreuung durch die Eigentümerin ist sehr engagiert (unser Flug hatte Verspätung und bei Ankunft war ein Willkommenspaket mit Lebensmittel im Haus) und ihre Empfehlungen sehr hilfreich. Leider ist der kleine Supermarkt im Ort geschlossen. Strände und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Beautiful villa and location with a lovely, friendly owner

If you are looking for an ultra modern villa, with brand new bathrooms, kitchen taps, etc, then this is not the villa for you. However, if you are looking for a gorgeous, comfortable, clean villa with lovely features, a great pool and fabulous surroundings/views, then this is absolutely going to tick the boxes. We loved its location in the mountains, particularly the peace and quiet and the views. There are quite a few dogs that continuously bark in the mornings and evenings and the locals just let them carry on without even attempting to stop them but we have found this all over the canaries as well. Theres lots of bird song as well, which we did love. We visited Paphos which was under an hour away but mostly used Latchi as a base for meals at the harbour and I think the supermarket was in Polis, both just a short drive away. We loved how comfortable this villa was and how it felt just like staying in a loved home. The welcome pack on arrival was excellent and much appreciated. Debbie the owner came to see us and she is a lovely lady and full of helpful advice and information on where to go and what to see. We loved our stay and were very sad to leave. I would definitely recommend this villa and would more than happily go back. Thank you 😊

Beautiful setting and views

6 of us stayed for 10 days at villa triteos, it was a beautiful, traditional villa set in a beautiful little village. If you want peace and quite then this is the getaway for you. The wonderful host Debbie popped round to say hello and even let us stay past our checkout time because our flight wasn't until the evening. A car is a must but roads are very easy to navigate in Cyprus. The villa itself had everything we needed for the stay, parts of it were starting to look a bit dated and would probably need attention soon but that made no difference to us. The outside space was what made it for us, views outstanding, sunset to die for, gorgeous bbq area and a lovely pool. We would definitely come back.

Ambiente

Die Villa liegt im kleinen Dörfchen Peristerona. Von hier kann man gut einige Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Ein kleiner Laden als auch ein paar Restaurants sind vorhanden. Die Villa selbst hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente mit Palmen und Meerblick. Die Zimmer lassen sich komplett verdunkeln und sind klimatisiert. Der Pool läd zum Schwimmen ein. Meist haben wir die Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten am Pool genutzt, aber auch dee großzügige Balkon bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Debbie hat sich ausgesprochen schnell bei Bedürfnissen gekümmert. Wir haben auf unseren Reisen einige Villen gesehen, aber das grüne Ambiente um den Pool dieser Villa ist wirklich sehr schön und hat uns begeistert. Der rustikale Stil des Hauses lässt ein Burgfeeling entstehen. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und die Wasserkanonen unterstützen das Flair.

5* Villa Triteos in beautiful Peristerona!

The villa was just like in the photos and description, it was beautiful and had a lovely food hamper with wine for our arrival which was amazing as our flight had been delayed and late arriving. The location was picturesque, beautiful views, quite and relaxing, most importantly safe and friendly for a family with children. We went to lasti marina to visit the bars and restaurants and for the children to swim in the sea. Bars and restaurants were all fantastically priced and warm and friendly to us, there was no pressure as we strolled to look in the shops and bars etc. I can not praise ‘letsrentonline’ enough for their help support and communication at all times, excellent 5* service. Debbie (owner) came to visit us and was warm and friendly towards us and my children. She responded instantly to tx messages ( one time late at night due to an issue with the pool )which was sorted straight away! Amazing lady!! Nothing needs to be improved, it was a perfect holiday, villa and experience. We will be booking the same villa next year. We will be back to Cyprus the whole family fell in love with peristerona!

Excellent stone built villa.

Villa Triteos was easy to find with the accurate directions supplied. It was clean and tidy and very welcoming,plenty of facilities and in a private,quite position. Debbie the owner is a lovely lady,made us very welcome.Nice welcoming food pack when we arrived.Local tavernas food we found very good.Waterwheel at Stenni do excelent Kleftico. Would definately recomend Villa Triteos as a excelent place to stay. Viv,Martin,Pat & Geoff.

Exactly what we wanted from our holiday

The villa was stunning, the bbq was the real highlight for us, the kitchen was also very functional. The villa was clean on arrival and Debbie came in after a week to freshen up for the second week. The villa is only a short drive to the beach with crystal clear water and plenty of water sports and activities to undertake. Debbie provided us with some recommendations for places to see and places to eat, these were so helpful and we actually ended up going to moustakallis tavern 3 times during our visit. The villa has a lovely sunset in the evening and plenty of places to sit and soak up the sun. The supermarket is well stocked and again is only a short drive from the villa. We will definitely be returning in the future the weather has been just perfect for the whole two weeks so would definitely recommend visiting in September also.

Owners couldn’t have been more welcoming if they had tried. Beautifully relaxing

Beautiful villa, very relaxing and quiet. The only sounds being birds, chickens, braying of a donkey and a peacock. Pool is wonderful, fully equipped kitchen and the BBQ area is fantastic. Fell in love with the village and the island - we will be coming back. Thank you Debbie x

beautiful and relaxing

exactly what we was looking for. the villa was wonderful had every thing we needed . welcome pack was more then we expected , made a great start to our holiday. Debbie came to visit us after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed, she is a lovely lady , so welcoming ; we had a problem with the electrics on one day but was sorted as soon as we let them know, we will definately go again and look forward to it.

Beautiful and very peaceful

The owner is amazing, she makes you feel very welcome. The house is beautiful. Loved our stay. The sun sets are stunning from the spacious balcony. Sad to come back home. We were provided with everything we needed eg. Wash powder, dish cloths. Great place to relax in the sun 😎😎😎
