Design and comfort are the essential features that inspired the style and refined furnishings of this typical house, divided into 3 levels. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with an elegant queen sized bed with integrated soft lighting, a 42-inch TV, a walk-in closet, a large open concept shower behind the bed and a ensuite bathroom. The upper floor offers a large living area with sofa, TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen, which includes dishwasher, oven, toaster, etc... The living area offers two balconies overlooking the characteristic alleys of the neighborhood, furnished with chairs and coffee table, allowing you to enjoy a good glass of wine or an aperitif comfortably in a unique environment.

In the loft above, with an original white wooden ceiling, which is accessed via handcrafted stairs, there is a second bedroom with a queen sized bed and a ensuite bathroom.

The house is located precisely in Via Delle Grazie 14, one on the main alley of the island. This walking street is full of local shops, restaurants, bars, etc... Ideal location to reach most of the interesting places of Ortigia. Few steps from Piazza Duomo, 250 meters away from Ortigia's popular street market and just 200 meters away from the touristic port, with a magic atmosphere, hosting yacht and sailing boat from all over the world, where is great to enjoy the sunset or walks by the water between bars, restaurants and ice-cream parlors. Ortigia, Unesco heritage was easily transformed into a natural fortress with harbors and was big enough that it could hold a significant population in ancient times. Therefore, the history of Ortigia is synonymous with the early history of Syracuse. Walking around the Ortigia, allows to face many buildings characterized by mixed architectural styles, the Sicilian Baroque and the Hebrew Israelite styles, with elements that go back to the Medieval and Renaissance periods. These architectural styles are also demonstrated throughout the narrow alleyways and winding streets that make up the neighborhood. In the near vicinity you can savor some of the tastiest foods the island has to offer. If your appetite calls for mouthwatering typical Sicilian specialties, just walk out of the building to find numerous local option.
