Our stay in Siracusa

Despite being well located with a good kitchen and nice linen the flat was presented with a general air of neglect and disrepair.

Thank you for your feedback, Gail! We are really happy that you liked the location and the kitchen of our apartment. We are sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with its general conditions and we would like to underline that we gave you a partial refund for the discomfort. The apartment has been recently renovated though, so the air of neglect you mentioned could be related to the walls with exposed stones, which are typical of the houses in Ortigia. We hope to host you again in our beautiful apartments in order to make you change your mind about our service. See you soon, Wonderful Italy Team

Great charming location and service at checkin and transport to airport. But coffee pot was full of old grounds. No living room.

We were only provided one set of keys which does not work for 4 adults. We requested another set to no avail.

Thank you for the feedback, Muriel. We are truly sorry for the gas inconvenience, but as you state in the review, the maintenance was done within 2 hours, which was the first available slot our maintenance team had to come and fix the issue. Best.
