The Barn Cottage is a mid-terrace holiday home in Gulval, in Cornwall and can sleep 10 people in four bedrooms.

The open-plan living space comprises of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for eight and a sitting area with a TV and a flame-effect electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and en-suite shower room, a twin with TV, a ground-floor twin and a second-floor family room with a double and two singles and TV. There is a bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a rear garden with a shared lawn and a private patio with furniture and barbecue. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, however, smoking is not permitted.
