Perfect location. Great views from the patio over the city. Great as it was covered as very hot. You could sut and watch sunrise and sunset over Dubrovnik.

Decent place, great location!

Dealings with the property managers were slick and really helpful. The property is lovely. Sitting out on the terrace watching people pass by on the city walls whilst surveying the rooftops feels very special indeed. The location is perfect. Not far from the cable car / airport shuttle bus stop. But inside the city walls - so easy to pop back in for refreshments or to break up the sightseeing. Wonderful!

This property has a fabulous location, right near the Buza Gate and very close to the main street in Old Town. However, note there are many stairs to climb to get to the property. It is worth it though, there is a rooftop patio with a fantastic view all around! We were initially disappointed since in the pictures the patio appears covered, and it was in the past. Since renovating, there is no cover to the rooftop patio, so there is no shade during the days. In the early morning and evenings though it was not a problem. We loved spending these times up on the patio enjoying the views! The place is very clean, the AC worked amazingly and the rooms were ample. One with a twin, one with a queen and one with a full. One of the closets was half full with blankets and sheets and things, but we had enough room to unpack. The kitchen is great, very new and clean and well stocked. Our host was super communicative, and even though the washing machine did not work, she brought extra towels so there was no problem. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this place! We are a family of 5. My two son's took turns sleeping one in the bed and one on the couch upstairs to give them more room than the small double bed provided but it worked out great. There is so much to see/do in the surrounding area, this is a great home base for your stay in Dubrovnik. I loved being in Old Town and being close to the gate makes getting taxis easy. There are also several small grocery stores close by.
