Hacienda Panorama is fully equipped to be your home-away- from -home.

With five bedrooms and four full baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 16 people. Lovingly and thoughtfully decorated, you will find spacious balconies and terraces, different living areas, a remote workstation, along with a very large and comfortable Kitchen with countertop granite, an air fryer, with stainless steel appliances and of course, all you need for a coffee each morning.

Be ready for the ultimate Super Bowl experience in 2025! Our home features a massive 100-inch TV, perfect for enjoying the game with friends and family. Watch all the action from the comfort of indoors, or step outside to enjoy the game with views from the pool area too. Whether you're cheering for your team or just soaking in the halftime show, this huge screen and beautiful outdoor setting create the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable Super Bowl weekend!

The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with a 30' brand new pool, hot tub and a fire-pit, perfect for evenings with a glass of wine or a cold drink. You will also have the opportunity to observe horses in their natural setting.

Hacienda Panorama is conveniently located close to many of the best adventures in PR, you’re literally five minutes away from one of the best-known beaches in the Caribbean-Luquillo Monserrate Beach (Jet-ski rentals available if conditions are calm). Less than ten minutes from the National Rainforest- El Yunque. Next to Carabali Rainforest Adventure Park, where you can enjoy horseback riding on the beach or Rainforest, go-karts, ATVs (four wheelers), UTVs, and a delicious Restaurant and Bar, all walking distance from the villa (2 minutes).
The very popular Kiosks of Luquillo (typical Puerto Rican cuisine by the beach) features freshly caught fish and delicious dining experiences by the water. The bio bay in Fajardo (one of only five bio bays in the world) is only 15 minutes away. In Fajardo you can also book a Catamaran snorkeling trip to the uninhabited island of Icacos or Palomino, which form part of the La Cordillera Reef Nature Reserve. Supermarkets and pharmacies (Walmart, Costco, CVS, etc.) are only minutes away.

Amazing and helpful host who was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He made our trip extra enjoyable. The property was perfect for families, welcoming, and set up for a stress free stay. We felt right at home and absolutely recommend the house. Location was perfect, convenient to nearby attractions while still feeling peaceful and private. We would visit again!

Panorama Paradise!

Unforgettable stay at Hacienda Panorama! Home was immaculate and better than advertised. Ric was incredibly accommodating and maintained in constant communications throughout our stay. He even coordinated a day trip to Palomino Island with Captain Jason who was equally exceptional. Looking forward to doing this again next year. Yes, it was that good!

horseback riding and ATV riding into the rainforest. trips to the beach. swimming in crystal pools, sliding down rockslides into the water.just sitting on the porch in the morning or evening--or any time of day--was worth the whole trip.Ric, our host, was very helpful, but not intrusive.We all loved our stay.

The perfect place for our getaway

This place was everything we were looking for a family getaway. The house was super huge, clean and beautiful, we fell in love with de decor. The location was super perfect with a breathtaking view. The hosts were super responsive and helpful with everything we needed. We’re definitely coming back!!

Spectacular home….fabulous experience!!

This home was amazing! The location was great, not a far drive from San Juan at the foothills of the rainforest (which made for a breath taking view). The house was luxurious but functional, they provided everything we needed for a week stay. The only thing better than the house was the host! This was our first trip to PR and the host provided recommendations for fabulous restaurants, as well as a guided horse back ride for me and my family. They also provided a variety of excursions like ATVs through the rainforest and a tour to a natural spring. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone traveling to PR, but especially those who have never been. They made it so easy to experience all the island had to offer. I will absolutely be visiting again. Could not have asked for more!

Family friendly vacation home!

The host went above and beyond to make our vacation extra nice. He was welcoming, responsive and available for any need. His top motivation was for us to enjoy our days in Puerto Rico! We came with our children and grandchildren. There are many opportunities of fun activities for every age on the property. There are many nice places throughout the home to gather for dining, conversation and family games etc. The kitchen was very accommodating and made cooking for big groups easy. The bedrooms were comfortable. The pool was very nice for all ages. There are many fun spots to explore all around the area too. Good restaurants and beaches, rain forest, etc. We had so much to see and do. We had a beautiful trip! We would recommend this lovely property!

Beautiful house with breathtaking views!

My group had a great experience at this Hacienda. It is a gated community situated in the foothills of the rainforest. The views of the mountains and rainforest were amazing! This house is beautiful and has lots of open space. There’s lots to do close by (Luquillo beach, El Yunque rainforest, Carabali park for ATVs or horseback riding, plenty of restaurants/Luquillo food kiosks, and the list goes on). Zulema and Rick were wonderful and quickly addressed any issues that came up. I will certainly book this house again the next time I visit Puerto Rico.

Beautiful house, beautiful area

We had a wonderful inter-generational vacation at this well-equipped house. The house was clean and comfortable, with awesome communal spaces, as well as plenty of spots to spend some time alone with a book. The kitchen was well-stocked with enough pots, dishes and appliances for a our family to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. The pool area was wonderful for the kids, and we all spent most of our time on the incredible second-floor covered porch - where we ate most of our meals in view of the mountains and rain forest. The house is a quick drive to some awesome beaches, as well as the national forest, and also only about 45 min from Old San Juan. There's even a restaurant in walking distance. A great location. And the owners were easy to contact, extremely helpful with recommendations, and very thoughtful in accommodating any questions or concerns we had. What a lovely place. We highly recommend.

Safe, Clean, Comfortable, Beautiful

We had a wonderful vacation here. Our group of 11 -- 2 seniors, 4 adults, 3 teens, 1 preteen, and a 5-year-old -- thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I want safety, and we were safe. I want clean, and the house was very, very clean. I want comfort, and the beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. The house has private areas and great common areas. Kitchen had everything. There were many games, etc., for entertainment. The pool was good size. All of us were able to eat at the dining room table together. The house is well thought-out; there is a lot of attention to detail. The scenery was beautiful. Location is near beach and rainforest. Also, if we had any questions or concerns, our hosts Ricardo and Zulema were readily and kindly available. All of us had fun and relaxed. I give Hacienda Panorama my highest recommendation. (My family is happy with me for picking this house.)

Gated estate house close to beach and activities

Big and beautiful house with all we needed to enjoy our tourist vacation in Puerto Rico. The kitchen was big and set up for cooking meals for our group, the bedrooms were well set up and air conditioned, and the bathrooms all worked well. Washer and dryer worked great, wifi was spot on. What I enjoyed most was the spacious and shaded veranda off the kitchen which overlooked the nearby horses and the hot tub. I would sit on the comfortable couch in the shade and the breeze looking out at the lush green valleys in front of the house. It was a 5 minute drive to Liquillo beach, one of the nicest on the island, and a 20 minute drive to Fajardo, where we went kayaking among the mangroves. The highlight of our week was the boat rental set up by the owner. We spent the day on the ocean in a spacious and comfortable powerboat, going to two different islands, anchoring at their beaches, and snorkeling at a stunning coral reef. Would definitely book again!

An Exceptional Stay at Zulema's Immaculate Vrbo Property

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Zulema's Vrbo property, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From start to finish, Zulema was a fantastic host, and her property exceeded all of my expectations. Firstly, the location was absolutely perfect - nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet still conveniently located near local shops and restaurants. The property itself was immaculate, with every amenity you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The decor was stylish and modern, and the furnishings were incredibly comfortable. Zulema went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. She was incredibly responsive and communicative, answering all of my questions promptly and providing helpful recommendations for local activities and attractions. Her attention to detail and hospitality were truly outstanding. Overall, I had a fantastic experience staying at Zulema's Vrbo property, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. Zulema is an exceptional host, and her property is truly a gem. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Zulema!

Family Vacation - This was an absolutely amazing property! Everything was so clean. Perfect for our group of 12, kids loved all the activities they could do here. The kitchen was stocked very well with lots of cookware, air fryer, coffee pot. The bedrooms were all very roomy, had big closets and the beds were comfortable, 3 of which had a bathroom attached. Also a 3rd floor TV room that had a pullout sofa, so a total of 5 bedrooms Airconditioned in all bedrooms and TV room, fans through out the house so it was cool even in rooms with no A/C. The house is easy to get to and has beautiful views, has very nice outside space with a new pool, also is equipped with a foosball table, grill, pool table, and table tennis. They also have a good supply of snorkels, fins, games, rackets, outdoor chairs. Hot tub and fire pit off of TV room on 3rd floor. 4 full bathroom and an outside wash off shower off of pool area. House has 2 washer and dryers which came in handy and was stocked well with towels. Within walking distance to Carabali Rainforest Park and restaurant. Close to beach, rainforest waterslides and trails. Zulema and Ricardo were great to work with and answered the many questions I had and were always quick to respond. Gave several recommendations on where and what to do. Thank you for the wonderful memories! Sherri

Hacienda Panorama is located within Hacienda Carabali in the town or Municipality of Luquillo, on the East coast of Puerto Rico. This gated community has security 24-7 from Carabalí Rainforest Adventure Park all within more than 700 acres of land with trails that cross the hillside of El Yunque National Forest. Here you will have plenty of space for sprawling out and enjoying the fresh mountain air in privacy.

With a 30 KW Diesel power generator (200 gallons) and water tanks/cisterns ( 1600 gallons ) included with the house, your group can have peace of mind knowing they'll be comfortable at all times.

The property has many different areas (11) where you can hang out with privacy, whether it be each separate couple or family unit having their own spot or the entire group together.

When open and available, your group can have access the Rio Mameyes, a river/stream inside the complex as well as the private Beach Club. Transportation can be arranged if requested ahead of time.
