The apartment is located at a place called Le bac halfway between the village of Voissière and the village of Chambon/Lac, on a plot of 10 hectares of which 1600 m² are allocated to the villa. The road passes 300m from the house, and access is possible with a private road.

The accommodation is equipped with:
- A kitchen with a large table, chairs, a stove with oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a sink with hot and cold water, a buffet including everything you need for cooking: plates , bowls, cutlery, cookware, coffee maker, kettle, etc.
- A living room with sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, TV and DVD player;
- Five bedrooms:
• 3 bedrooms with double bed (140cm)
• 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and two bunk beds (90 cm)
• 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm)
Either 2 to four people per room (two blankets are provided per bed, sheets not provided), a wardrobe, table, chair, bedside lamp

The accommodation is heated with electric heating

- The Chaudefour valley and the Puy de Sancy (5 to 7 km)
- The nearest shops are: Chambon sur Lac (bakery); Murol, Besse (all shops)
