Featuring four well-distributed bedrooms and two bathrooms, the home ensures everyone has their own space while fostering a warm, communal atmosphere.

The heart of the villa is the American-style open kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, freezer, and all the essential cookware needed to prepare large group dinners. After a day in the fresh mountain air, relax in a cozy living space featuring central heating and a television. For added convenience, the property includes open-air parking right in front of the building, making arrivals and departures effortless for those traveling by car.

Situated in a quiet residential pocket, you are perfectly positioned between the town's amenities and the rugged beauty of the Sancy Massif. The Mont-Dore town center is only 300 meters away, and the restorative thermal baths are a short 450-meter walk. With the ski resort and golf course just 3 km from your door, this home serves as an ideal, high-capacity base for experiencing the very best of the Auvergne mountains in total comfort.
