Traumhaft

Die Wohnung hält was das Inserat verspricht. Traumhafter Blick auf den Atlantik, große Dachterasse, zweckmäßig und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit Liebe .. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Wohnung hat eine kleine Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Bäcker ganz nah an der Promenade, Parkhaus für einen erschwinglichen Preis ca. 700 m entfernt. Die Kommunikation hat prima geklappt, die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Las Palmas und wir kommen wieder. Danke an Susana und Antonio.

Perfect spot high above Las Canteras Beach

Clean and simple apartment with a gorgeous private balcony space overlooking the sea! The only sound you hear is the ocean. Almost too relaxing - it always took an effort to go out and explore, though that too is so easy and rewarding given the location. Friendly helpful hosts. Highly recommend!

Wohlfühloase in Las Palmas

Sehr gediegen und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit großem Balkon im zehnten Stock mit fantastischem Blick auf die Playa de las Canteras und den Atlantik! Die Vermieterin Susanna ist sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht u. jederzeit ansprechbar! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt!

Amazing experience overall (5/5 stars *****)

It was a dream to stay at Susana's and Valerio's penthouse in Las Palmas. The penthouse (which is on the 10th and last floor) was clean, equipped with everything necessary (the kitchen even had some basics such as olive oil, salt/pepper and other spices in stock), super well designed, quiet and overall lovely to stay at. The bed was comfortable (and has a marvellous view straight over the sea) and a variety of seating options were available, and the shower was really nice, too. The highlight of course was the large terrace overlooking the sea and part of Las Palmas's amazing Las Canteras beach. The sunsets from the apartment were absolutely spectacular. The most famous ice cream shop of the area is just next to the building which has an exit straight to the Paseo de Las Canteras (boardwalk of the beach), supermarkets can be found within 5 min walking distance, and the beach is right at the doorstep. The only minor downside I experienced were some unpleasant odours on the terrace, probably coming from the kitchens or bathrooms of apartments on lower floors, but this only happened a few times (for a short time). Susana and Valerio were amazing hosts, received me personally and showed me the apartment when I arrived and let me do a late check-out on the last day. All in all it was a great experience and I hope I can repeat it in the future. Muchas gracias y grazie mille Susana and Valerio.
