It was a wonderful stay for our family which included children. We enjoyed the hot tub, easy drive to the cabin & comfy beds. Only feedback is you’ll need to bring your own shower items (shampoo, conditioner & soap).

Definitely worth all 5 Stars! We took our two teenagers for spring break and had the absolute best time. Cabin was very clean and decorated so cute. Bonus to our family was the master suite was upstairs so no teenagers keeping us up all night hehe. We can’t wait to visit again soon, oh and I forgot to mention how close this cabin is to EVERYTHING

A communication with Betty. We were satisfied with the cleanliness of cabin- everything was thought of. Our stay was lovely and we really felt at home. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all of your needs. The bed was so comfortable! Amazing views of the mountains! We would definitely stay again.

Great cabin close to everything without driving 15-20 minutes but it feels like you’re far away from everything. So peaceful and had everything we needed. Betty was always responsive and super helpful.

This cabin was absolute perfection. So cozy and the prettiest view! Location was perfect, close to everything but also not in the middle of everything. Super clean. The host, Betty, was super helpful and easy to get in contact with.

If the host approached in a different way then texting me at 10 o clock at night saying one of my kids can’t stay there. Then texting me 2 hours before checkout saying the house is next in line for cleaning. Definitely my worst experience with a host.

Southern Comfort is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin with a sleeper sofa. The listing and the house rules clearly state 6 people is the max in the cabin at all times. When Matt booked he checked 2 adults. I confirmed the number in a welcome text. He still had the number at 2. When he arrived with 5 children and his wife it was a surprise. This put him at 7 and his sister visiting. I made this clear again the number of occupancy by the Fire Marshal law ruling of max 6. He decided who would stay with sister not I. He choose his children. His was a very difficult booking. I hope he reads the VRBO rules better the next time he books a cabin. I allowed Matt to stay his entire days although speaking with a VRBO agent stated I could cancel and have him leave immediately. Please check out my reviews. I believe my 5 star cabin speaks for itself.

Nice cabin in a great neighborhood

The property owner did a great job communicating prior to our arrival and during our stay. The cabin was clean and as advertised. The neighborhood was clean and quiet.

We loved this cabin! Despite being close to other cabins, the balconies were peaceful and you had privacy from others. Minutes from the main attractions, yet none of the noise and commotion. So easy to get to and from.

Great Cabin!

This was a great cabin close to all the happenings of Pigeon Forge but very quiet. The host was easy to work with and provided more than the basics that usually come with VRBO properties. I would definitely stay here again.

We are Betty Thompson, Steve and Jody Belkowski. Betty owns and lovingly maintains Southern Comfort. She is a retired nurse, a mother and a grandmother. Betty comes to stay in Pigeon Forge as often as she can from her home in Alabama. She rents Southern Comfort for others to enjoy when she cannot be there herself. Steve & Jody are fellow cabin owners that own neighboring cabins who work collaboratively with Betty to help get the word out about her beautiful cabin.

Together, our goal is to provide a five-star experience that will make our guests want to return again and again. Betty works very hard to keep the cabin in tip-top shape and we we all strive to help our guests make wonderful life-long memories.
