With a capacity for 4 people and just 80 meters from the beach, this renovated apartment equipped with air conditioning offers you a comfortable and refreshing stay. Additionally, it features convenient covered parking in the same building.



In its layout, the apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a room with a double bed, connected to the living room but separable by sliding doors. You'll also find a tastefully furnished terrace to relax outdoors. The living room includes a flat-screen TV with USB connection and a sofa for your comfort.



This accommodation has been completely renovated. The kitchen is in an open American style, with a glass-ceramic cooktop, and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave/grill, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, hand blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The bathroom features a shower and sink. You'll enjoy an exceptional location, just 80 meters from the beach, where you can relax and enjoy the coastal environment.



Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. Furthermore, within less than 3 km, you'll find an excellent selection of restaurants to indulge in the delicious local cuisine.

Beautiful super clean apt

Great little apt fully renovated. It is very small so more suited to a couple or a family with young children. Everything is excellent quality and agency is superb. Very close to beach . Great to just escape and disconnect at an excellent price.

Net goed genoeg

Dichtbij het strand, fijn balkon, goed uitgeruste keuken, een fijn 2 persoons bed, prettig dat er airco en plafond ventilator in zat Vloer badkamer echt vies ook onder de wcpot daar moet een schrobbeurtje overheen, kitranden in douchecabine en in de keuken kunnen een opfrisbeurt krijgen, andere stoelen op het balkon hier staan bistro stoeltjes niet echt prettig en slechte wifi daar zou wat aan gedaan kunnen worden, 1 persoons matrassen aan vervanging toe de kinderen hadden na een aantal dagen echt rugpijn, wasmachine moer onderhouden worden wat betreft schoonmaak

Situation très proche de la mer, appartement correct, dommage qu’il n’y a aucun commerce (bar, restaurant, , épicerie) a proximité immédiate.

Mas Pinell est un endroit calme, éloigné de l'agitation commerciale, ce qui le rend spécial. Le supermarché le plus proche se trouve à 6 km et la ville avec plus de commerces, boutiques et restaurants à 10 km. Les serviettes ne sont pas incluses, mais peuvent être demandées à la réception moyennant un petit coût. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour ! À la prochaine !
