Casa de Philippe
Ιs a unique and elegant mansion set among olive groves in the cosmopolitan seaside area of Agia Marina, Chania, just 500 meters from the beach. Combining vintage elegance with modern comforts, it is an ideal choice for families or groups seeking privacy, relaxation, and panoramic views of the Cretan Sea and the Agioi Theodoroi island.
The property consists of two levels (maisonette) connected by an internal staircase and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious and bright living room, a large dining area ideal for shared moments, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest WC with shower, a quiet relaxation corner with a desk, as well as a comfortable bedroom with two semi-double beds. The upper floor features three bedrooms with double beds, a shared bathroom with a bathtub, and one en-suite bedroom with a shower and the possibility of adding a baby cot. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and a Smart TV with Netflix.
The outdoor areas of Casa de Philippe offer complete tranquility and a close connection with nature. Stunning sea views, along with the serenity of the olive grove, can be enjoyed from the four perimeter terraces, while the lush garden features a central gazebo with a fully equipped BBQ and a traditional wood-fired oven. The private swimming pool, the newest addition to the property, enhances the overall experience, offering a refreshing and relaxing escape in a peaceful and well-maintained setting. Private parking is also available.
Casa de Philippe enjoys an excellent location, just 9 km west of Chania Old Venetian Harbor, 29 km from Chania International Airport, and 17 km from Souda Port. A nearby bus stop provides easy access to Chania town, as well as direct routes to the famous beaches of Balos, Falassarna, and Elafonissi. Casa de Philippe is more than just a place to stay; it is a refined holiday experience that combines comfort, privacy, and authentic Cretan hospitality.

I’m a proud mother of two bοys that I managed to enlighten them these values and now they are starting their own life journey with the best virtues.
