Delighted to welcome you to our newly renovated house with garden in the best area of ​​Asturias, 2.5 km from the beaches of Caravia and Colunga and in the foothills of the Sierra del Sueve.

The house consists of two very bright double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with fireplace, a bathroom with a large shower and a living room with a dining area and library. It also has a garden with furniture and sun loungers to rest and enjoy with your pets.

Very quiet area ideal for relaxing in the garden of the house. Colunga is 2 km away with supermarkets, pharmacy and all services.
The best thing about this house is, without a doubt, its location. Being able to go down to the beach of La Griega, Espasa or La Isla on a scooter or walking along the sidewalk is priceless. Because we are also just a step away from the mountain where there are several routes. and excursions are organized.
The Mirador de el Fito will leave you breathless
Another essential visit is the dinosaur footprints on La Griega beach and the Jurassic Museum

A clean and comfortable house with good facilties (only be aware there is no Wifi). The spacious and enclosed garden was lovely and meant it was safe for our dog to roam. The house was set back from the main road so it wasn't too noisy, and it was surrounded by fields with horses and cattle so it was a pleasant location. There was easy access to Colunga, either by road or walking, where there was a good selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The surrounding area had some nice country and seaside walks too. Communication with the host was very good and access was easy with a key-box for arrival and departure. Our only criticism might be that the house is advertised as a dog friendly property but we were not made aware there was an additional charge for this until after we had booked and paid.

Estancia tranquila y agradable

En términos generales estuvo muy muy bien, ubicación, limpieza de la casa, dispone de bastante utensilios para poder utilizar cómodamente la cocina. La única pega que ponemos es la ducha. Al utilizar el agua caliente se cambia cada 2 minutos a agua fría.

Review

Enjoyed our stay. Nice bathroom and kitchen. Small bedrooms but good storage. We would have appreciated information booklet with manuals, how to sort rubbish etc Maybe kettle for the kitchen. Overall very enjoyable, thank you.
