1985年に建設されたWindemere 301は、ノースマートルビーチの非常に人気のあるオーシャンドクターセクションにあります。 2017年6月下旬にこのユニットを購入しました。改装が完了し、新しい家具、1インチの低反発フォームとアロエが注入された新しいピロートップマットレスを備えた新しいマスターキングベッドルームが追加されました。 寝室番号2の新しいアップグレードツインマットレス。 バーサイズの椅子2脚（現在合計4バーの椅子）とバーサイズのテーブルを含む新しい屋外用家具。 すべての新しいベッドは、すべてのベッドルームに広がり、キッチン用の新しい小型家電、新しい鍋やフライパン、その他多くのキッチン用品やガジェットに広がります！ 全体が新しくペイントされました。 2018年5月に完成しました（まだ写真ではありません）-キッチンの新しいバックスプラッシュ、装飾的なバーの壁、改造されたバスルーム、LR、DR、マスターベッドルームとバスの新しいフローリングなど。

ウィンダミア301は、4つのベッドルームと3つのバスを備えたエンドコンドミニアムです。 広々としたバルコニー。

この日当たりの良いコンドミニアムは、ノースマートルビーチの人気エリアにあります。 コンドミニアムには、休暇を楽しむためのすべての設備が備わっています。 広いビーチ、プール、ホットタブ、グリルエリアはすべて敷地内にあります。

Parking and entering our unit was a breeze. The unit is exactly as pictured on web site. It was very clean; we spent a lot of our time on the terrace taking in the beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The location of the condo was perfect for us. Close to restaurants and near our friends who also were there to play golf with us.

Very nice condo and plenty of room for our girls trip of 6 people, parking was great right outside of the condo for easy unloading and loading. This is a corner unit and was very quiet. Would stay here again.

Great place!

Rapids responses from host. Condo is a well maintained spacious oceanfront. The parking was great. Location is very convenient. Overall happy and would stay here again!

Ocean View

Location, location, location! Loved the immediate beach access both for swimming and sitting in the day time, and for walking in the evening. Loved sitting with coffee in early morning on the balcony looking at and hearing the ocean. Condo is close to Myrtle Beach activities and restaurants. Beds are great. Rooms and bathrooms very good for a group.

Wonderful beautiful vacation at this condo! Perfection from our host!

Scott’s condo was clean and had a great layout for our family. There was plenty of room for all 5 and we all loved the place! Scott was very responsive to anything at all times, although we had no trouble at all there. If was all just beautiful and a great location!

Condo was well maintained. Plenty of room for eveyone. Hard to find a 4 bedroom at htis price. I recommend this unit to anyone.

This condo is perfect for our family. We absolutely love it!! The parking is perfect for loading, unloading, and deliveries. Being on the corner allows for perfect views!! There's plenty of room for storage of clothing and groceries, and there is a well stocked kitchen of everything you need to cook and prepare meals. Scott, our host, is the best! He always is very kind, and responds quickly with any questions that we have! He truly wants our stay to be as perfect as it can be! We love spending our family time here- the perfect location- easy to get to and just steps away from the ocean and indoor pool!! We plan to come back for year 5!!!

Perfect North Myrtle Beach Location

I have been to Myrtle Beach several times, but this is the first time I stayed in N. Myrtle Beach. My daughter and grandsons accompanied me. We were so happy with the accommodations, and it was an easy commute to the Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach,The Aquarium, Wonderworks Barefoot Landing & the Boardwalk. My grandsons loved having the Beach right outside the door, and Parking was so convenient.

Would definitely book again!

Cozy beachfront condo, decorated perfectly for your beach vacation. We came from Northern Michigan snow so we really enjoyed the warmth, coziness and home feeling along with all the space. The property is clean and well kept. Kids enjoyed the pool as well. Excellent location! We stayed in Myrtle Beach before and this was our first time staying in North Myrtle Beach. We loved this area more. Would definitely recommend and go back again!

Decent but not luxury

Kitchen dishes needed washing before use. Only cookie sheet was rusted and gross, no blow dryer, had to find the instructions to use the master shower, 2 of the porch chairs were broken foot rest and the AC only really worked well the last 1/2 of the trip. Landlord was responsive and location is fabulous but would not book here again.

A Perfect NMB getaway

My family and I enjoyed a week on the beach. Plenty of room, updated throughout, centrally located, and beautifully decorated. The host owner is amazing. Thank you for a wonderful summer vacation place!

Building has a 3rd floor parking deck which makes our condo easily accessible as it allows you to park just steps away! No need for elevators or staircases!
