The ocean view when you walk in the front door of this oceanfront corner unit in Crescent Shores will take your breath away!
The shiplap hallway welcomes you in with three of the four fully appointed bedrooms (king, 2 queens, 4 twins) and two of the three full bathrooms with tub/shower combos. Each bedroom has a smart TV for those moments when you need a break from the beach or pool. The custom-built bunkroom is the perfect hangout for your kids! It shares a connecting bathroom with the king bedroom featuring custom-built furniture, new bedding, and a smart TV. Across the hall is the other full bath and the third bedroom with 2 queen beds and a smart TV.
The open floorplan kitchen and living room are the perfect places to spend time with family while sharing a meal, watching a movie, or enjoying the view. The kitchen has new white cabinetry, quartz countertops with waterfall edge, quartz backsplash, new plumbing, and new appliances. An added coffee/wine bar adds something special to your family moments! It has a coffee maker that uses K-cups for a single cup of coffee or coffee grounds for a whole pot and also a built-in beverage fridge for the perfect temperature drink. The living room has a spacious sectional sofa...perfect for watching a movie on the 65" smart TV or looking out to the ocean beyond.
Directly off the living area is a spacious, beautifully decorated master suite (king) with walk-in shower and jetted tub in the attached bath. Large sliding doors off the living room and master bedroom lead to an expansive 27 ' balcony with Adirondack chairs and an outdoor dining area ... the perfect place to watch family playing on the beach or swimming in the pool below.
The Crescent Shores Condominium has a 110 foot oceanfront pool, a 200 foot Lazy River, two oversized hot tubs, a 1 foot kiddie pool, an indoor pool (for a break from the sun or for a dip in the colder months), and an on-site Fitness Room.
We're located just three miles north of Restaurant Row, two miles north of Barefoot Landing, and close to many fun area attractions; including Broadway at the Beach, Pirates Voyage, Duplin Winery, Grand Prix Amusement Park, Alligator Adventure, many top golf courses, Top Golf, miniature golf courses, and many other entertainment attractions.
We have poured our hearts and souls into renovating our condo! The new ceilings, paint, flooring, furniture, cabinetry, countertops, tile, appliances, beds and bedding, decor, and kitchen supplies have all been done to help our family have an enjoyable time on vacation. We know your family will love it as much as we do!

Hey y'all!! We're the Andersons from Charlotte, NC...just a short 3-hour drive to North Myrtle Beach. We LOVE the ocean so we decided to purchase a second home there and open it for others to enjoy. A passion of ours is home renovation so we've been able to pour our heart and soul into our condo...enjoying every moment of it...making it a comfortable, clean, enjoyable place for you to stay. We hope you love being there as much as we do!!

We knew we wanted to be right on the beach...I want to drink my coffee in the morning looking at the ocean and my glass of wine at night doing the same. We walked into the front door and knew right away that this was the right place for us...that view...oh my goodness!! We could see through the previous decor to what it could be...and she's a beauty now!! We also love the proximity of the condo to the pools and the super short walk down to the beach...with four kids we have lots of "supplies" that have to go with us ;)
