The large private salt pool, 11mx4.5m and a constant depth of 2m, is the protagonist of the spacious and beautiful exteriors of the house. Tastefully decorated, the gardens offer several corners where you can relax while enjoying the Mediterranean climate. You will find sun loungers where you can sunbathe, an area with sofas where you can relax and a large table where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your companions. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The interior of the house, of one floor and of recent construction, is decorated in a modern style. Its large living-dining room, equipped with AC, fireplace and Smart TV, will be perfect for great evenings. The kitchen is open to the living room and has everything you need to cook great meals. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to rest, there are 4 bedrooms with AC and access to the garden. Three of them have a double bed and one has two single beds. Three of them have a bathroom with shower en suite. Another bathroom with shower completes the house. We can provide you with a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby.

The situation of the property allows you to visit several places of interest easily and quickly. The magical village of Binibeca and its beautiful cove are only a short distance from the property. Other coastal areas are also close by, the nearest being Playa Binisafuller. Also nearby is the Splash Sur water park or the imposing Torre de Punta Prima, situated in a privileged enclave. In the picturesque village of Sant Lluís you will find all the comforts to enjoy an independent stay, as well as various restaurants where you can enjoy the Balearic gastronomy.
