Located on the first floor, the flat consists of a living room with balcony with sea view and dining area, sofa TV, a large double bedroom with balcony, a bedroom with two single beds on the balcony with laundry area, a small fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. The flat is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, the parking space is reserved and is located within the communal garden.
