The holiday apartment Villa Le Maree di Tonfano is located in Pietrasanta and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 110 m² property consists of a large, open living space featuring a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people (the 6th person will be accommodated on a sofa bed). The accommodation is entirely on one floor, making it ideal for those with mobility difficulties. In addition, most of the furniture, as well as mattresses, sheets and towels are new and everything has been designed for the comfort of the guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a fan, A/C, a washing machine, a TV and a DVD player as well as children's books and toys. in addition to having all the windows fitted with mosquito nets, there is a device to deter mosquitoes with essential oils.

Le Maree di Tonfano is surrounded by a private flower garden with magnolia, palm and mimosa trees, and immersed in a green area that maintains a cooler microclimate in summer. The environment is bright, spacious, comfortable and very welcoming. One of its strong points is the private covered terrace, equipped with sofas and armchairs where you can relax and enjoy the garden while reading a book or sipping a glass of good wine, but also a beautiful wrought iron table and Cardoso stone to dine al fresco, taking advantage of the BBQ. The loggia connects directly with the living room through a large French window.

Villa Le Maree in Tonfano is immersed in a green area crossed by various canals, just 900 metres from the sea (15 minutes on foot, 8 minutes by bicycle, 3 minutes by car): the free beach and the bathing establishments Leda, La Fortuna and Zara are the closest. The Pietrasanta sailing club is 1.1 km away, as is the Versilia cycle path for long bike rides or for skating. The nearest restaurants are 1.2 km away; particularly recommended is the Rosolaccio with its Saturday night jazz concerts and the amazing Pierotti's pizza. The Alisei Golf and Country Club is 1.8 km away and the centre of Tonfano with various cafes and restaurants, the Marina di Pietrasanta pier and two surfing schools is 2.3 km away. For sports lovers, the Taddei Tennis Club is 2.4 km away.
