Apartment equipped with all comforts, located in a very central position in the heart of Florence, a few steps from the Santa Maria Novella station and the Duomo, it is an excellent starting point for those who want to fully explore the city. Ideal for couples looking for a romantic and discreet getaway. The apartment has a private balcony that offers a postcard-perfect view of the roofs of Florence and the dome of the Medici Chapels.
The apartment is located on the top floor of a typical Florentine historic building, not equipped with an elevator and therefore not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
The apartment consists of a living area with kitchen, a double bedroom with the possibility of dividing the beds and a bathroom with a large shower. The ceiling with exposed wooden beams gives the whole house a typical Florentine style.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit that will be used to meet their basic needs (toilet paper, soap and shampoo, etc.)
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area.
Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00, and for arrivals after 20:00, there is a surcharge.
Service restriction:
Air conditioning in Italy is governed by a regulation that provides for a minimum temperature of 20° and a maximum of 22°.
The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
Based on Decree No. 383 of 6/10/22 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period for turning on the plants for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours a day.

Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50€ will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of 100€ will be required.
As per Italian law number 21472011 (art.40.1), the Italian police require us to communicate the identity of our guests. The informations that guests are required to share are: an identity document with a valid photo for expatriation and the address of residence .

To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one at a time. The house is equipped with a boiler, a simultaneous use of hot water could temporarily reduce its temperature.
The tourist tax of EUR 6.00 per person per night must be paid upon check-in.
