良かった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
It was a very spacious apartment. The beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive. They provided everything we needed. Parking was included. We had some difficulty in finding the entrance of the garage. Then the next day we couldn’t find a way to get our car out but luckily the doorman was around and he was very helpful and showed us where to put our key in to open the garage gates. The washing machine was very efficient. We were able to hang up our clothes with the lines that we brought along. With the heatwaves, our clothes were dry quickly. The apartment was very clean. It’s a little far to walk to the historical center, like 30 mins especially under the heatwaves. There was a bus stop right in front of the apartment. We could have taken the bus instead but my husband always likes to walk everywhere. So overall this was the best place we stayed while visiting Italy. After staying at other VRBO apartments in Rome, Naples and Venice, we felt like we were spoiled by this Florence apartment. Oh, it also had a river view out from a big balcony. Safe neighborhood, too. The apartment actually was much nicer than the pictures shown.
