Stunning 2 bedroom property located in Irvine not far from the beach. Irvine beach offers beautiful walks, views and a quaint harbour with coffee shops, restaurants and the HAC Harbour Arts Centre. For the golf enthusiast you are within short driving distance to Troon with courses Royal Troon, Darley and Fullarton all nearby.

The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (one ensuite) and a stunning main bathroom with bath. The well-equipped kitchen is open-plan to the lounge and is the perfect place to dine and relax.
Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.

Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development. Failure to comply will lead to a fine.

Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.

I was sent an email by someone named Edith saying she was the host and to reach out if there were problems We arrived and the thermostat was not working When I called I received a call center and not Edith I had to go and buy batteries myself and repair it myself It was late and cold I tried twice to get the problem fixed I only heard from "Edith" the next morning who informed me that she only works 8-4 Make sure your problems are 8-4 Now with that said The apartment was well kept and centrally located for us to walk about our hometown

Niche View is a stunning 2 bedroom apartment, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Bright spacious lounge with TV, open-plan to a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. One family bathroom with full bath and a stunning ensuite with shower in the main bedroom. Off road designated parking space for 1 car and plentiful visitors parking. Town-centre location with amenities and shops within walking distance. Irvine train station is closeby. Also within a 10 minute reach is Irvine Harbour where you will find coffee shops, restaurants, an ice-cream parlour, HAC Harbour Arts Centre for culture lovers and access to the beach. Irvine beach is a favourite with locals and tourists alike and perfect for early morning / late evening walks or a family day at the beach.
