Lovely bright apartment situated in Mijas Costa, very close to the beach and with large sunny terrace. Fully equipped, with independent kitchen in a holiday complex with all kind of facilities, children's playground, tennis court, heating, air conditioning, children's pool, outdoor parking in the same house, 1 TV, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French). High speed wifi.



The house is a great place for family with kids. Good selection of restaurants inside the complex and a small supermarket where you can find fresh local fruit and bread, as well as many other grocery products.



Located in the Costa del Sol only a few minutes from the Mijas Aquapark, the Miramar Commercial Park and the Fuengirola Zoo. 25 minutes drive from the airport, 15 minutes from Marbella and 5 minutes from the town of Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas. 5 minutes walk from the beach.

Good place and apartment 296-294 had a realy nice outdoor area. Small and easy but for what we pay it was good.

Clean before guests arrive

The apartment was great, but when we arrived it was evident that it hadn’t been used for some time. We had to clean it when we arrived and the patio was filthy as were the sun beds. The shower flooded and they were slow to fix it. In the 5 weeks we were there apart from contacting Alfesco Stays re the shower and the TV, we didn’t hear from them at all. We did not have any cleaners in the 5 weeks and done all our own laundry.

Very comfortable appartment on great location

The location of the appartement is on the outskirts of the urbanizacion, on a quiet dead-end street, perfect for walking with our dog. Within 5 minutes you are in the hills and countryside with lots of opportunities to walk. And extra bonus is the beach which is also only 5 minutes away trough a tunnel underpass, the special (small) dog beach is right next to it. The.appartement has a big southsided combine terrace with the 2 nabouring houses, but we had it for our own since the other ones were not occopied. The appartment is very comfortable, clean, kitchen well equiped and the beds are good.
