External Living | Private Pools & BBQ
Vive Verde Villa consists of three separate & independent residences which are rent together as one, ideal for unique group gatherings and long awaited family reunion vacation, which can comfortably accommodate up to 29 guests.

This captivating home lays in 3 acre outdoor area and is embellished with 3 private swimming pools, two of which can be also heated (with extra fee) upon request for your utmost convenience. Enjoy a refreshing dip in one of the three private pools which will be at your exclusive disposal:

-60m² Private Heated Swimming Pool
-22m² Private Heated Swimming Pool- also embellished with a children’s pool compartment (0,50 meters deep)
-15m² Private Swimming Pool

Grown-ups can lounge to their Bali beds and sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area with pergola. There is also an outdoor kitchen equipped with all the essentials in order for you to enjoy culinary homemade delicacies; oven and hobs, sink, fridge, cutlery, dishwasher, dishes and glasses, as well as water filter faucet “Veluda”. The outdoor lounge areas are the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun sink into the sea. With spacious outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

An outdoor Playground is also available for our younger guests, featuring a trampoline, a play house with slide, climbing frame, swings and basket hoop, as well small rocking horse toys for children.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:

- Pool Temperature | The two swimming pools (60m² & 22m² with the children’s compartment) can be heated during the day and heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | For 60m² pool is 70€ per day & for the 22m² pool is 35€ per day.
-Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
-Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms

This captivating Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm, as well as promises guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul in its 500m² indoor space in total.

The luxurious Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 23 guests in real beds and six extra guests can be accommodated at 4 single armchairs that are convertible to single beds and they are located in the Residence A, at the Home Cinema Room (1 armchair) & at Residence's A Lower Floor Bedroom with King Size bed (1 armchair), also at Residence's C Working Space (2 armchairs). Lastly, a sofa bed which is convertible to a double bed is located at Residence's A living room area. The maximum capacity is 29 guests.

There is secure parking space inside the Villa’s premises for ten cars • The property is well-equipped with: 3 fully equipped kitchens indoors & 1 kitchen outdoors. Each of the residences features: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso Machine (capsules), Filter coffee machine, Frappe machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Food Processor (Multi).
