Summary:
A ground floor one bedroom apartment in a contemporary style but reflecting period elegance.

Close to town and the shops at Ramshill Road they are only minutes walk from the Spa Conference and Entertainments centre and just up from the cliff lift that takes you to straight down to the south beach in Scarborough.

The Space:
The apartments in this building were converted in 2004 from a former clergy retreat. This splendid building was thoughtfully and tastefully renovated and brought into the 21st century.
All the apartments come with well equipped modern kitchen and bathrooms they all have free Wi-Fi and we provide luxurious linen and towels with each apartment.

Apartment 24 is one bedroomed flat on the ground floor so you won't need to use the modern spacious lift It looks out towards the Church of St Martins with its pre-Raphaelite architecture renowned through Europe.

The apartments are situated just around the corner from Ramshill Rd Shops where you can find a local Sainsbury's, butcher, bakers, pharmacists and numerous food outlets and cafes including a Pizza Hut takeaway store.

Easby Hall is situated just above the Spa conference and exhibition centre and only a few minutes walk away from the centre of town with its large retail spaces and rich nightlife.

We loved our stay at Easby Hall appartments.The apartment is clean and spacious in an excellent location.The host was exceptionally helpful and welcoming with attention to detail. The brand new washing machine was a great bonus when the original stopped working it was replaced without question.The walk in shower is wonderful , also a new renovation. Lots of room in the lounge kitchen dining area. It has all you would need for a relaxing stay. Huge bedroom with plenty of storage and importantly a comfortable bed.Nearby shopping, convenience stores and takeaway food is a short walk away. The tram to the beach arrived at the spa complex, which was very nice for morning coffee.Alternatively a scenic walk on the Esplanade gets you to the iconic spa bridge, from there you are in the town centre with lots to explore.Clearly we highly recommend this apartment with all it has to offer. 5/5

Relaxing short break

The property was perfect for our short stay in Scarborough. It is well positioned and inside it seems more spacious than the online pictures suggest. The apartment is well appointed and positioned close to the sea front and to nearby shops. Finding parking wasn't an issue, even on the busy Bank Holiday weekend and provided an ideal base to explore.

The flat was well decorated and furnished. The rooms' heating was very effective. It was clean and welcoming. However, we couldn't get the shower to work and the hot water in the flat ran cold very quickly. It would have been helpful to have had a list of helpful information - like what to do when the hot water ran out!

Very nice apartment. Great location for Esplanade, walking into Scarborough centre or heading up the coastal path to Filey
