Clean, Quiet Flat

We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. The location was perfect - close to the activities in York, but on a quiet street. It's a small place, but worked fine for our family of four. As others mentioned, the stairs are a bit steep and there's a wonky step to get from the master bedroom to the bathroom - but that's just part of being in an old home.

Lovely property and the hosts, Pass the Keys, cannot be faulted. Their communication was exemplary.Apart from the 40 damage waiver being a bit pricey, the rooms were lovely and we appreciated the heating being on when we arrived. Heating was easy to adjust, which we needed to do when we were both awoken by the pipes when the heating came on at 5am! Kitchen had everything we needed and ice in the freezer was so useful.Only bad thing was we couldn't log onto netflix as a previous renter had left their account logged in, which prevented us from logging into the house account. Great placement ideal for town but far enough away to be peaceful. We will definitely be back!
