Our 3 bedroom Glass villa is a jewel hidden into nature, nestled on a pine hillside, settled in the olive groves above the charming picturesque popular village of Agios Nikitas and very close to all the famous beaches of the west coast (Kathisma, Agios Nikitas, Milos and Pefkoulia beach).

The indoor and outdoor zen environment will give you a sense of relaxation and will help you recharge your batteries and connect with nature.

The villa offers relaxing views to the sea and the mountains beyond, ultimate privacy with peace and tranquility. Accessed from a quiet lane and up a sweeping drive through the olives, the house and pool are surrounded by honey colored stone walls and stepped gardens!

The villa has 3 floors and all of our rooms offer a view to the outdoor area! When you enter the villa, you find yourself in the ground floor, there is a big space that is shared between the big living room and the open plan fully equipped kitchen. The living room with its wide window doors offer a beautiful view to the pool, sea and trees that surround the villa while the sunlight warms the villa with positive energy!

There is a smart TV in every room and a good Wifi Connection!

The staircase that lead you to the garden floor will take you to the 2 ensuite bedrooms and to a small sitting area with direct access to the parking lot.

Follow the staircase that lead you on the first floor to discover the sea view master ensuite bedroom with the wide balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view!

Back on the ground floor, stepping outside of the living room area there is a large table where you can enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones!

From the kitchen and the dining area, you find yourself to the ample space by the swimming pool. There, you will find a comfortable sitting lounge where you can relax and enjoy the scenery! There is also a patio by the pool where you can do your morning yoga exercise and enjoy the fresh air!

The salt water pool (dimensions: 10x5) offers wide hours of sun but you will also enjoy natural shady parts, if you want to rejuvenate!

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

Villa was Great Lefkada Holiday Rentals were Superb

The villa was brilliant. Beds were comfortable. Showers were hot and powerful. Gas BBQ made cookng outside easy. Swimming Pool was perfect temp. Mid week clean nice little gesture. You didn't feel on top of anyone. 5 min drive to nearst village/town. Supermarkets, 20 min drive. Kitchen needed to be better equiped but that was the only negative. Lefkada Holiday Rentals were superb from start to finish. From when i first paid through to meeting us at the Villa and when we came to leave. Without a doubt we will be using them again when we head back to the island.

The perfect stay

It was a pleasure to stay in this House during our Vacation! The communication with the agency was perfect. Zaharenia and her collegues care about everything. If there are any issues you can contact them and they will search for the best solution. The Villa is very beautiful and very calm! No other villas near and a perfect view to the sea. The salt-water pool is really clean and it is perfect to stay there. The house has a very good interieur and is perfectly equiped. From the bedroom in the upper floor you have a perfect view to the sea! Maybe the kitchen should have a little bit more pots and pans. But otherwise you can arrange with it as well. In 20 min you can reach Agios Nikitas by feet. There are a lot of very good taverns and bars. In a few minutes by car you can reach very very beautiful beaches! It was the best stay we could have in Lefkada!

Absolute luxury and total privacy.

The Glass House is a superb property, with every imaginable holiday need catered for. Beautifully furnished, comfortable and just very luxurious. It was absolutely blissful to be up in the hills with no noisy neighbours, yet only a five minute drive from the delightful little village, where there were plenty of restaurants and food shops. It truly is a glass house, with fabulous views from every window. The huge glass doors were well served by bug screens so you could open them in the evening but not get bitten alive! Or if needed you could just use the remote controls to switch on the air con. The pool was perfect - with plenty of room to lounge around it then cool off in it when needed. The fact that is is salt water was an added bonus - no horrible chlorine smell, but also no sea salt smell, just beautiful clear water.

As you drive up to the property it stands out amongst the beautiful countryside and yet it is only five minutes drive to the beautiful vibe of village Aghios Nikitas, The village is a pedestrianised street all the way down to the town beach. The streets are filled with shops and restaurants and is a delight. Villa Glass is in a most private and peaceful plot where you can truly relax. It is very well equipped and the outside spaces are especially attractive. The pool naturally heated up to 30 degs due to the lovely weather. We had an equipment malfunction at the property first week but the owner was truly helpful in getting his team onto it and was resolved. We would have no hesitation going back to Villa Glass and hope to quite soon.

A sublime retreat

Villa Glass House is the 15th place we have stayed on Lefkada and, overall, the best. It is a supremely comfortable and well equipped home, very private and secluded but close to all amenities. We enjoyed an extended stay there in September 2023 and would (will) go back in an instant given the opportunity. We usually stay in the south of the island, but Villa Glass House is only 20 minutes from Lefkada Town, and 25 minutes from the mainland, which means that excursions beyond the island itself are more feasible. Agios Nikitas is of course a delight, and is a five minute drive away. Some of the best west coast beaches are in easy reach. All in all, a superb villa in a great location. Highly recommended.

Villa Glass House

A relaxing and entirely brilliant stay at Villa Glass House, which looks even better in reality than the many photos on VRBO. A word of thanks to local agents Lefkada Rentals too, who came up with some great recommendations - Egremni Beach was especially stunning- and stepped in immediately when we needed to find a dentist in a hurry. All told, a fine way to commemorate our anniversary and highly recommended!

The villa truly exceeded all my expectations. The photos do not do it justice, it is so much better when you are there. From the drive up to the villa to every single feature in this outstanding villa, inside and outside. Zacherenia from Lefkada rentals was great, she ensured we were comfortable during our stay and gave great recommendations of where to go. The villa was immaculately clean with everything you’d want from a luxurious stay, it was so well equipped. The villa pool was warm all day. Although we were high in the mountains and were secluded we had sea views and were a 5 minute drive to Agios Nikitas. We had an amazing holiday in a truly exceptional villa

Wir haben die Glass Villa im Juli 2022 über Lefkada Holiday Rentals gebucht. Sowohl Lefkada Holiday Rentals als auch die Glass Villa sind uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Der Service von Lefkada Holiday Rentals hat uns vom ersten Kontakt bis hin zum Check Out überzeugt. Die Mitarbeiter sind kompetent und freundlich. Antworten auf Fragen erfolgten schnell. Die Glass Villa ist wunderschön, sehr gut ausgestattet und in allerbester und ruhiger Umgebung. Agios Nikitas - einer der schönsten Orte der Insel - ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Milos Beach - einer der Top Strände auf Lefkada - ist sozusagen der Hausstrand. Wir kommen gerne wieder und danken dem Team von Lefkada Holiday Rentals für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.
