Amazing Setting, very well presented and comfortable Villa

Wonderful Location , Views ,Patio and pool area Amazing, Extremely Tranquil , excellently maintained and serviced. The Dirt track for the last Km can get a little tedious I would recommend upgrading to an off-road hire car for peace of mind , but this is not essential

Little Paradise

Everything was perfect in every way. Our lovely host, Tina, took time to tell us about the area, recommend restaurants, and just be fabulous. The house perfect, the pool incredible, and the scramble down to the private beach 🏝️ fun and challenging for the whole family. Fell in love with this place.

Beautiful villa. Away from it all.

Villa Anatoli is beautiful. Fantastic location overlooking the outskirts of Sivota Bay. The highlight for us was the little hike down to the private beach where we swam and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The road to the villa was an adventure in a cheap hire car but this does mean that you’re well away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. The villa is really spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and the outside space is just fantastic . We don’t normally return to places twice, but we would consider coming back here – it was just lovely.

Eine kindgeeignete Villa

Die Villa hat ihren Flair, jedoch auch in Ausstattung und Erscheinung etwas gealtert. Wir würden diese Villa nicht nochmals buchen und halten jedoch für Familien mit Kleinkindern zu einem guten Preis dieses für eine gute Alternative.

So wünscht man sich ein Feriendomizil : Panoramablick über das Meer auf vorgelagerte Inseln, absolute Ruhe, individuelle, geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail, kulinarischer Willkommensgruß, sehr freundliche Kommunikation und Betreuung, perfekte Sauberkeit. Herzlichen Dank an Aris, Barbara und Melanie. Geli, Heike und Sigrid haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt und werden diese glücklichen Tage in schöner Erinnerung behalten.

A gorgeous place to stay with such beautiful views.

Villa Anatoli has everything you need for a perfect villa holiday. The outside area is fabulous and the views are truly stunning. The villa company itself is so well run and accommodating and everything ran smoothly. Barbara the rep was absolutely delightful and couldn’t have been more helpful. I highly recommend Villa Thalassa and Villa Anatoli.

Magnifiques vacances !

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournions à la Villa Anatoli. Tout était parfait ! Villa impeccable, très propre et service aux petits soins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil et le professionnalisme de Barbara ainsi que sa disponibilité tout au long du séjour. L'ile de Lefkada est magnifique et les habitants très chaleureux ! Un vrai petit coin de paradis.

The most beautiful view to wake up to in the morning

Villa Anatoli is simply beautiful Well designed with lots of shade and plenty of sun all day long. The facilities are excellent and the kitchen well equipped It was further out of Sivota and the beach than I imagined and the bumpy road is a little tiresome but the view from the Villa is astonishing and well worth the trip up the hill. Le meilleur séjour que j'ai passé !

La villa est exceptionnelle ! Le cadre aussi est un véritable paradis ! Une villa qui vaut la peine de venir en Grèce, pour être entre amis ou en famille ! On y a passé 1 semaine entre amis pour mixer travail (le wifi est le meilleur de l'ile) et loisirs (l'équipe est au petit soins si on veut des recommandations de lieux, visites,...). Bref que du bonheur, merci !

Un petit coin de paradis

Excellent séjour à la villa Anatoli. La vue est incroyable depuis la piscine à débordement, rien que pour ça, le séjour vaut le coup ! La terrasse est magnifique, et très grande, c'est un vrai bonheur. Accès à pied à une très belle petite crique "privée". La villa est très belle également, spacieuse, avec 3 chambres et 2 lits supplémentaires en mezzanine. Tout le matériel nécessaire est disponible (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, four, cafetière, wifi, clim, ...) Le petit port de Sivota est l'un des plus beaux et agréable de l'île. Attention, pour aller de la villa aux restaurants de Sivota, il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture (partie de chemin en terre, 10 min de trajet), mais ça n'est franchement pas très contraignant. Accueil super par Barbara, qui nous a également donné plein de conseils et aidé à trouver des locations de bateaux. Possibilité également de location de scooter et vélos, à des prix très raisonnables. Check-in et check-out très simples aussi, tout est fait pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Au top donc !

Der schönste Blick auf das Meer!

Dieses Haus bietet mit seiner sehr großen Terrasse und dem tollen Pool neben angenehmen Komfort einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Komme sicher wieder!

The location is stunning , fabulous views. The villa is lovely The outside area is prefect. A long rocky walk to the town Steep on the way back, be prepared. There are no taxis- Missed business opportunity! Beds are quite hard but that is really the only downside. Early checkout was a shame but Understandable and the owners helped with alternative plans for the day. Villasthalassa team were great We would love to return

Stunning views, spacious and well equipped villa

We loved Villa Anatoli. The pool is like something from a film set and the outdoor space meant that even with 8 of us in the villa, there were shaded corners to relax in for us all. The bedrooms were large and spotless, and we had the best view from a kitchen window ever. Katerina and the team were welcoming and attentive, and although we didn't take up the in house massage or private chef, we were sorely tempted. Highly recommended and I hope we'll be back again for another holiday.

Phantastischer Urlaub in einem wundervollen Kleinod, welches architektonisch perfekt konzipiert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Dank der liebevollen professionellen Betreuung durch Anna,Darija und Mema, sei es via Mail, der Organisation des Mietwagens und das herzliche Willkommen vor Ort gewesen, war dieser Urlaub vollkommen.

Zusammen mit Freunden haben wir nach unserem Segeltörn eine Woche in diesem wunderwunderschönen Kleinod verbracht..... Mehr (Meer) geht nicht mehr. Die Architektur des Hauses ist perfekt konzipiert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Der Weg hinunter in die ca.400 m entfernte Badebucht ist gut zu Fuß mit entsprechendem Schuhwerk zu erreichen und verspricht ein herrliches Bade- und Schnorchelerlebnis...herrlich😊. Die letzten beschriebenen 900 m ( dirt road) zur Villa lassen ein James Bond-Feeling aufkommen... Mit einem Fiat Panda hervorragend zu meistern. ❤️-lichen Dank nochmals an Anna, Darija und Mema😘....we will come back next year of sure

Une semaine merveilleuse

Je viens de decouvrir un paradis sur terre. Dans cette deuxieme partie du mois de septembre le climat est juste ideal, la mer est chaude les journees ensoleillees et les nuits commencent un peu à rafraichir. J aime la nature et le calme et ma semaine sur cette colline face à la mer à quelques minutes à pied d'une merveilleuse petite plage m a comblé. La villa est spacieuse et decoree avec gout, la vue mer est juste waouh!!!! Merci Anna et Mema pour votre accueil

Magical views in the best location

We have had the very best holiday in Villa Anatoli. We have visited Lefkada before but stayed on the west coast. Having visited Sivota a couple of times we decided if we returned that would be where we stay. I do a huge amount of research for holidays, to get the very best I can for the budget we have. The location of the Villas you have is amazing. The villa has the most magical, stunning views day after day, changing with the weather and light. An easy drive or walk into Sivota itself and we also used the little path to the cove below – which was exquisite. We were often there on our own, great for snorkelling. The villa is beautifully situated – the gardens are mature, it’s private, quiet and has a gorgeous pool. The whole place has air con although we didn’t use it much as we spent as much time outside as possible. The little welcome pack on arrival and the requested breakfast things were perfect. I also know you were there to help if we needed anything or wanted help booking things. We needed nothing else. It was the perfect holiday. Thank you. A few friends have already asked for details having seen my photographs – I will pass them on. Thank you from us both - we are already thinking about next year.
