Bay View is a duplex apartment resting in Lyme Regis, Dorset and can sleep four guests in two bedrooms.

Amenities: Gas heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed balcony with furniture. 1 x well behaved dog welcome. Public car park a short walk from property, subject to availability and payable on site. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: Car parking payable at location and subject to availability. Note: Not suitable for anyone with restricted mobility or accessibility requirements due to steps and no immediate parking. Please note: While this property is happy to accept 1 well behaved dog, there is limited outdoor space, However, Lyme Regis boasts beautiful beaches and coastal paths. PLEASE NOTE: The property is scheduled to be painted externally from the 23 - 27 September 2024, so please bare this in mind before booking, and if you have any further questions please contact us at email@lymebayholidays.co.uk

Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. Great location & stunning view

Comfy bed.Lovely big tub.Location just off the main drag.Parking can be found free if you go further out otherwise it’s 45 for 3 days 90 a week at the long stay on Hill RdI would stay again if only for the absolutely stunning view from the lounge.

Lyme Regis with a View

There is a lot of holiday accommodation in Lyme Regis but we wanted a place with a nice view and where we could relax after some weeks of touring. Bay View ticked all the boxes. Nice view of the coast, plenty of room, kitchenware to do some of our own cooking and washing machine to do some laundry. It’s location was far enough up the hill to be away from the bustle of the busy town. We appreciated the gift pack on arrival, especially the local ground coffee to use in the plunger (French Press). Ideal for couples or a small family, we’d stay again if given the chance.

Fabulous view

Property was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a short break , just a few minutes walk into town and onto the seafront where there was plenty of choice of restsuraunts and bars. No issues with parking although we are now out of season. Amazing view across the bay and had been left a generous welcome pack. Very happy with our choice.

Great view over the bay

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It’s a great little apartment and the view is outstanding. We breakfasted on the little veranda soaking up the view in the morning sunshine which was a lovely start to the day. The main bedroom is a bit stark. The only real downside is that there is no parking and no room to load and offload outside of the property. It made that a real chore. The tv doesn’t work well.
