Set in the heart of Lyme Regis, moments from Town Mill, Lyme's artisanal hub, micro brewery, gallery, working water mill and various creative and independent businesses. Close to the the beach and seafront. Set back from the street, & has off-street-parking for 1 vehicle & a courtyard. The cottage has timber beams, exposed brickwork & fireplace but has contemporary kitchen and bathrooms.
Open-plan layout, with a kitchen-diner. The lounge has a WC.
2 bedrooms with en-suite shower/wet rooms.

Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. A cosy warm cottage minutes from beaches, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended!

Great location in the Lyme's old town. Parking on site. Very well appointed and spacious cottage. Literally 2 minutes from beach, high street and restaurants.

Lyme Bay

This property is a wonderful place to stay. Fantastic location in Lyme with off street parking which is like hens teeth in the area. The property is well appointed and incredibly comfortable. Communication was excellent and would highly recommend for a break of any length

Lovely short break

Great location for a short break. Parked the car on the afyernoon we arrived and didn't move it till the morning we left. Accomodatipn comfy and warm. A bit more outdoor space woyld habe been nice with the dog but the beach was super close.would

Amazing house

We stayed here for our 30th anniversary. This house was incredible! Perfect location. Amazing kitchen with heated slate floors. Super comfortable beds. Cozy TV room with woodstove. The courtyard was so peaceful and relaxing. Host was so kind and communicative I would stay here any time I was planning to return to Lyme Regis!

Excellent central location with a spacious layout. Loved the shower and the weather was incredible for lots of days at the beach. Generally clean and well equpied.Only slight negative - wifi patchy especially when linking with the tv (only needed when unwinding in the evening) and there was no information / welcome pack so we had no knowledge about the bins, appliances e.t.c..

Beautyfull Location

Sehr schönes, perfekt ausgestattetes altes modernes Haus. Pubs, Restaurants und Geschäfte in direkter Umgebung - trotzdem absolut ruhig, abgesehen von den 24/7 kreischenden Möwen. Strand zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert! Besser als auf den Fotos
