Kalsa Apartment with Terrace by Wonderful Italy

Lovely apartment with a spacious terrace, located in the historic Kalsa neighborhood, a few steps away from the Foro Italico and the Orto Botanico of Palermo.



The apartment, located on the first floor reachable with an elevator, opens onto the bright living room which has access to the beautiful terrace and is fitted with a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining table, in addition to an American and fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking tools, including an oven. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both fitted with a queen-size bed; one of them has access to the terrace.

Two bathrooms with a shower each complete the apartment.

The jewel of the apartment is the outdoor area provided with a large dining table and an umbrella, perfect for enjoying delicious meals in the open air.

The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.



Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.



The train station of Palermo is only 10-minutes walking distance from the apartment, while the airport is easily reachable in a 40-minute drive.
