We present an apartment in the Velamar Condominium, located at Rua do Forte de São João nº 50, in Albufeira, in a privileged and very quiet location, between the historic center (Baixa de Albufeira) and the newer area of the city, Oura, approximately a 10-minute walk from both. The condominium is situated practically above Praia do Forte de São João, just a 2-minutes walk from the beach, making it ideal for those seeking convenience, tranquility, and proximity to the sea.



The condominium offers private parking for guests; however, spaces are not assigned to each unit and are subject to availability upon arrival. It also features a magnificent swimming pool, surrounded by spacious outdoor areas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Algarve sun.



The apartment is bright, comfortable, and spacious, consisting of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a private bathroom with a shower.



The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay. The living room stands out for its space and natural light, with a large glass door that opens directly onto the pool and outdoor dining area, allowing you to enjoy socializing and leisure while staying in the comfort of your apartment.

Nous avons passés une agréable semaine dans cet appartement. La terrasse qui donne directement sur la piscine est un réel atout ! L’appartement a un style assez vieux mais est équipé et globalement propre. Les seuls points négatifs sont les douches qui méritent d’être rafraîchies mais, au vue des autres commentaires, nous nous y attendions.

Exceptional hosts. Very responsive and excellent communication. Property was very clean. Great outdoor patio with very clean shared pool. Property recently painted and updated. Older property, but well maintained. Age was apparent in the tub and shower floor, these were the only areas not renovated. Very clean. Overall excellent value and location.

Great Location, but with hills

Great location. Has a pool with ladders to enter and exit. Only minimal amount of towels- would be nice to have changed them out during our 6 night stay. Has a washer but nowhere to hang large items to dry. Mold on bathroom ceiling

Nice accomodation in a great location. Well equipped, clean and spacious, perfect for groups of 3/4. I like that it has a pool although rarely used it as the beach is only a 4-5 minute walk away!

Great location for partying, right in the middle between Old Town and New Town, both 10-15 minutes walk away. Beach 5 minutes down the road and spacious pool. Not too busy so great for relaxing and quiet at night. .

The communication was amazing really helpful even booked transfers for us to and from the airport. They also arrange trips we didnt use this service though. Apartment was nice apart from the bathroom which was not very nice, dirty and no hot water. If the bathroom was fixed up we would definitely use again. Bed were clean and comfy and lots of utensils in the kitchen. .

Para nós foi perfeito. Perto de tudo a pé. Com malta nova que quer sempre andar a circular é uma boa zona para chegarem tanto à Oura como ao Centro de Albufeira a pé.
