Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller Lage

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Platz um in Valletta Urlaub zu machen. Wenn man Strandnähe möchte, ist man hier falsch. Dennoch ist man direkt am Wasser und fussläufig sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Der Busbahnhof ist fussläufig in einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Von dort aus kann man in alle Richtungen fahren, ein sehr gutes Busnetz. Wir würden dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

The room was big and comfortable. It was right in the center of the town which was perfect. Comfortable and cosy. It would be nice if there was a hairdryer. The communication with the staff had some delays. Overall a very pleasant stay!!

Great Flat & Location

Lovely apartment for our week long stay in Valetta. We decided to go self-catered as we thought a week in a hotel room would be a bit cramped. Definitely glad we made that decision. The apartment is spacious for 2 people, with a large bedroom and living room/kitchen. The location is great; Valetta is only a small city so it's easy to visit everything from the apartment. There are a couple of good cafes/shop/bakery about 5 minutes walk from the building. Noisier/busier streets are further away, so apartment is nice and peaceful.

Great value for money!!

This place was great for our family vacation! The location was perfect - close to cafes and restaurants, the ferry that goes to Valletta, and just a 15 minute walk to St. Julian. Everything was very clean and looked just like the photos.

Beautiful location, a few kinks…

Beautiful apartment and location, close to bus stops. We had a few hiccups with the coffee machine not working after we had to go purchase coffee pods for it, only one power adapter in the entire apartment (when we asked about this, the management company “kindly suggested we purchase some.” Whhhhat??), no dish soap so some of the dishes were dirty in the cabinet upon arrival, and there is a washing machine but no laundry detergent (usually when there is a washer the host leaves at least 2 or 3 detergent pods for guests). Great property, but some of the little details need to be worked out.

A Nice Perch in Valletta

The undulating streets of the old town require some getting used to, and this was true even if you are familiar with San Francisco. But you learn the ropes pretty quickly. We were glad to be in a quieter end of town. The apartment was very clean and you can rely on the pictures and description. The apartment is well lit by the lights within, but you will not see the sky or the sea, or anything else while inside.

Good but…..

The apartment was fine and the location excellent. However the property lacked the little touches that turn a good holiday into a great one. Many of the electrical appliances didn’t work, the “balcony” wasn’t large enough for a chair, and the provision of the usual cleaning supplies (eg washing up liquid) was miserly for a rental at this price. All this was compounded by the property manager that could only be contacted through a web chat that didn’t work - so nothing got fixed during the week we were there - really frustrating but, once we were out and about, we had a great time in Valletta and beyond.

Housing with local charm

Housing is for the persons who like old cities with it's narrow, up and down streets and local charm. We do. This is typical local house: narrow entrance and small window is in one and bedroom's window/small balcony is alresdy in another street. There were enough lights, otherwise it would have been too dim. Location was great - quiet in nights but points of interest, main walking streets with shops, restaurants and bars, parks, bus and ferry terminals, everything is in walking distance. Few steps down from your entrance and you're by the sea.

L'appartamento è stato all'altezza delle aspettative

L'appartamento è nuovissimo e situato nel centro di La Valletta, ma in una strada silenziosa dove non ci sono rumori di locali o ristoranti. C'erano tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Ho trovato il prezzo alto, ma purtroppo in linea con il mercato di Malta in questo periodo.
