First-Floor Apartment Just 20 Metres from the Beach – Puerto de Pollença

This first-floor apartment is located only 20 metres from the sandy beach of Puerto de Pollença, in a very convenient area close to all amenities. From the front balcony, you can enjoy a partial sea view, and the outdoor furniture makes it a pleasant space for relaxing in the open air.

Accommodating up to four guests, the apartment comprises a living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other features two single beds. The property also includes a utility terrace with a washing machine, located next to the kitchen.

It is just a few minutes’ walk from the central square, with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants nearby. The beach is less than a two-minute walk away.

The building has no lift, and the apartment does not include private parking; however, free on-street parking is available in the surrounding area. Free Wi-Fi is also provided.

A functional and well-located property for stays in the north of Mallorca.

Great location.

We found everything as advertised . Josep was very helpful and the location was great .Lovely quiet area . The apartment building was also very quiet.

I imagine that’s pretty typical throughout Port Pollenca.

Nettes kleines Appartement

Das Appartement ist, wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Es hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer. Morgens teils Geräusche vom darunter liegenden Café, die uns aber nicht gestört haben. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war nicht so gut (zb nur ein Brettchen). Alles in allem gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis.
