This is an amazing flat situated in Lapa, Campo de Ourique, relatively close to the touristic centre and 10 minutes walking distance to Santos and Alcântra Terra. Ideal for families or groups of friends to enjoy the wonderful mild Lisbon weather.

The property features 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bathroom, a living room equipped with a sofa, a dining area and a flat-screen TV with cable and internet channels. Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively guests can visit the various restaurants within walking distance and taste Portuguese or international specialities. Fully equipped, you will have access to linen, towels, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fan (summer) or heater (winter).

1) Check-in takes place at the flat from 15:00.

2) Check-out takes place until 11:00.



Please note that check-ins between:

8 pm - 9:59pm : a late check-in fee of 20€ will be charged

10 pm - 03 am : a late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged



At the time of check-out, guests must leave the flat relatively clean. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of the same amount as the booking.

Lovely Lapa

This is a great apartment and springboard to explore Lisbon. It is basic but great value for the purpose of exploring Lisbon. Located within reach of restaurants, a short walk to Tram 28 and Estrella Cathedral and Park. We would walk through this park to get to the Rato metro station that quickly connects you to all of Lisbon (15min walk). We stayed here with our family (kids 8&10) and enjoyed the sights and sounds of Lisbon.

A bit further, but worth it.

This property was exactly as advertised. It’s a bit away from the city center, but in a great neighborhood. It’s a few blocks from two tram lines and right on the bus line. There are several great restaurants in the area & it’s right over a market. (That does get deliveries starting at 7 am, but that gets you up & going!). One bed was very comfortable & the other could use a new mattress (or turn it). No AC, but each bedroom had fans. Kitchen had all the kitchenware you would need, and they did provide two coffee pods & tea bags, but nothing else - not even salt or paper towels. But, the market is just below. Would stay here again

Spaciousness With A Twist

A very nice apartment . . . two bedrooms, nice airy kitchen, comfortable living room. Every room, except the bathroom of course, had a patio door with a small balcony. Bedrooms first. Good sizes. Mattresses were okay if you like them hard. We put a comforter under the sheet to soften ours. Kitchen was nice. Mismatched dishes and not much variety in the pot sizes available. The colander was rusty so it couldn’t be used. These are minor issues but point to the attention given by the owners. Living room was very nice with comfortable couch. Bathroom had a sewer smell but was fitted with modern fixtures. The darned toilet seat would not stay up when the male species had to go.The apartment is located at a busy intersection and traffic noise was an issue for us. Moreover, while extremely convenient, the apartment is right over a small market that opened at 0700 with trolleys rolling noisily over the cobbles. If you’re an early riser, this isn’t an issue. The agent was very accommodating allowing us to check in a couple of hours early. During the walk-through at check out, the agent was very concerned and took pictures of the deficiencies we noted (broken window shade and broken door knob, leaking shower hose, some of the walls needed a good scrubbing. Attention to detail could easily make this apartment a 5.

Lisboa wunderschön
