Thank you very much for your detailed and thoughtful feedback! We are truly delighted to hear that you enjoyed the location so much and found it ideal for exploring Lisbon, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport. It’s also great to know that you felt comfortable in the apartment and appreciated the amenities, as well as our responsiveness. We also appreciate your honest remarks regarding the building and layout. As you mentioned, the apartment is situated in an older building, which comes with certain characteristics such as steeper stairs and more compact spaces. We understand that this may not suit all guests, especially those with mobility concerns, and your comments are very helpful for future visitors. Thank you once again for your kind words and for choosing to stay with us. We would be delighted to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. As mentioned in the listing and property amenities, the apartment is located in the historic city center (Bairro Alto), in a traditional building without an elevator. This is typical of historic properties and part of the area’s unique character. Regarding the odor you mentioned, during periods of heavy rain and strong winds, it is unfortunately possible for temporary plumbing odors to occur, which can affect many buildings in the historic center. We truly appreciate the positive notes and all feedback, as it helps us continue to improve and maintain transparency for future guests.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear you appreciated the apartment's cleanliness, the comfortable bed, our convenient location near public transport, cafés, and bakeries, and, especially, our team's prompt response to the access issue. The apartment and bathroom are in a traditional Portuguese building in the Bairro Alto district. This architecture is characteristic of the area, with compact layouts and steep staircases that reflect the neighbourhood's historic charm. Regarding sound insulation, traditional buildings in Lisbon can sometimes allow more noise to travel than modern constructions, and we appreciate your understanding. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you again in the future.

Thank you very much for your wonderful review, Laurence. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness, equipment, and central location of the apartment. We also truly appreciate your understanding regarding the small issue with the washing machine, and we’re glad we could assist you quickly during your stay. It means a lot to know that you would recommend our accommodation to your friends. Thank you once again for your kindness, and we wish you all the best. We would be very happy to welcome you again in the future!

Thank you very much for your feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the peaceful street as well as the lively atmosphere of the neighbourhood. Even though the apartment is compact, we’re pleased to know that it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We would be very happy to welcome you back on your next trip to Lisbon!
