This is a lovely, apartment in a small development above the 27 hole La Sella golf course managed by the Denia Marriott Hotel.
Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. There is Air conditioning in the lounge and in each bedroom. The apartment has Wifi. The Balcony has a table and chairs for 4. There is off road parking for cars.
The La Sella golf course is set amongst fragrant fruit groves and stunning scenery. The resort has an 27 hole Golf course, tennis club, equestrian facilities, restaurant, bar and shops as well as a Spa at the nearby 5* hotel.

A 10 minute drive to Javea and Denia beaches, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops., a great apartment for golfers or just for a quite family holiday. This district of the Mountain of La Sella has many communal pools. At Albatross, one can keep an eye on the children from the balcony .
La Sella is a charming setting between Pedreguer and Denia. Perfect quality of air, peace, many pedestrian walks can be made in the neighbourhood, people enjoy riding bikes to explore the area. In 5 minutes drive by car, one can reach the nearby villages of Jesus Pobre (family Spanish restaurants, Sunday Market) and La Xara (local shops , one supermarket, hospital, our Agency) and enjoy inexpensive family meals. At 10 minutes drive you also have the Carrefour shopping centre. All tips are in our Guest Book.

The apartment has basic Spanish and English + international TV,

There is an obligatory cleaning fee of 100 euros per stay. Linen and towels are included in the price.
We also ask for a refundable breakage deposit of 200 euros.
