A simple and welcoming apartment, located in a unique context, which offers everything you need to feel at home, including access to a fantastic garden of over 700 square meters, perfect for relaxing, reading a book or discovering the variety of plants and flowers.
The house, which tells the story of many guests who have lived there, is equipped with all comforts and guarantees the necessary privacy. Composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a sofa, kitchenette and bathroom, it offers a warm and functional welcome.
The real strong point is the garden, a true oasis of peace and tranquility, where you can relax or get away from the chaos of the city. Shared with other guests, it is also the ideal place to work in smart working, thanks to its serenity.

In the case of bookings with only 2 guests, in case of need for separate beds, in order to accommodate the request it must be communicated 2 days before arrival.
Otherwise, a different arrangement of the beds cannot be guaranteed.
