Welcome to this wonderful village house located in Vilafranca de Bonany. It has capacity for 6 people.
Outside the property, you will find a cosy patio — a space where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate. It features a table for outdoor dining, two sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, and a small elevated round pool measuring 3 metres in diameter and 0.70 metres deep, perfect for cooling off on hot days. Additionally, the house offers a balcony and an upper terrace with views of the nearby mountains. As the house is located within the village, it has direct neighbours.

The interior of the three-storey house is designed to give you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room, equipped with AC and Smart TV, which opens directly onto the patio through large windows, giving you the opportunity to expand or reduce the space as you wish. The kitchen is independent and has induction and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. A staircase leads to the 3 bedrooms, all with double beds and air conditioning. On the first floor there are two of them, plus a separate bathroom with bathtub. On the top floor is the last bedroom, which has a dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.

The location of the property is ideal if you are looking to get to know one of the most traditional parts of the island. Vilafranca de Bonany is a small village where the charm is palpable with just those little shops selling fruit and vegetables grown by the local people, and the typical Mallorcan bars and restaurants. Manacor, on the other hand, is nearby and has much more commercial and other activity. The house is situated only 500 m walking distance from the centre of the village and about 15 minutes (10 km) by car from Manacor, the birthplace of tennis player Rafa Nadal and as proof of this, the Nadal Museum Experience will offer you a unique experience where you will enjoy an exclusive exhibition of his best trophies and equipment as well as amazing light and sound shows. If you want to visit the beaches, the nearest one is Porto Cristo, about 30 minutes by car.
