Charming rustic house with private pool, on the outskirts of Sant Llorenc des Cardassar, welcomes 6 people.
This pretty, typical Majorcan house has a private chlorine pool, with dimensions of 8m x 4m and a depth ranging between 0.9 m and 1.8 m. Around the pool there are 5 loungers where you can relax and sunbathe. The house has several fruit trees bearing oranges, plums, apples, persimmons and prickly pears depending on the season. You can spend great evenings on a fully furnished porch, overlooking the pool, accompanied by the tranquillity of the area. On the 1st floor you will find another terrace. The house is independent and has complete privacy.

This house of 228 m2, distributed over 2 floors, has 3 bedrooms, all of them located on the first floor and equipped with two single beds and air conditioning each. If travelling with a baby we will provide a crib and a high chair. There are 2 bathrooms with bathtub, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. On the first floor you will also find a lounge, a good place to read a good book or watch satellite TV.

The independent kitchen with gas stove is fully equipped. Here you will find everything you may need to cook delicious meals during your stay. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. The lounge on the ground floor has two armchairs and is equipped with air conditioning, perfect for relax and rest. This house has a dining room for 6 people.

The house and its surroundings, breathe tranquillity and are ideal for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature. It is an ideal place to take long walks, both on foot or by bicycle, by dry fields and roads in the area. The property is located just 850m from Sant Llorenc des Cardassar, where you can find everything you might need during your stay. Just 16 km away you will find magnificent beaches like Sa coma, s' Illot, Cala Millor, Cala Bona, etc.

Very nice and easy stay

We have enjoyed the house and the surroundings very much! The beds are a bit hard. Very cool house and the kids loves the pool! Perfect location when you want to explore different beachen everyday!

Holiday with friends!

Lovely, relaxing stay! Property is an authentic Spanish home in a very quiet neighborhood only a short distance from a lovely wee town square with cafes and restaurants and a lovely market on Thursday morning. Location is perfect for some peace and quiet but central to all East coast resorts and amenities. Car and mosquito repellent are essential! The house is spotless but not child friendly and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday!

Quite Time

We found the Finca online and have been spending one week with 3 adults and a 13 year old child. We enjoyed our time. The pool looks on the picture bigger than it is in reality and for my taste the decoration of the house inside is just too much, but in general we had all the basic comfort we needed. Beds and pillows were on the hard side and the house could have been a bit cleaner, but as we have been spending most of our time at the beach, we actually mainly just slept in the house.

Schönes Haus mit einem großen und schönen Pool. Die Lage ist eher abgelegen was sehr gut für einen entspannten Urlaub ist. Man kann auf dem Gelände so laut sein wie man will, da die Nachbarn weiter weg sind. Strand sind etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto Lidel sind etwa 10 Minuten Weg. Die kleine anliegende Stadt ist sehr ruhig und hat nicht wirklich viel zu bieten bis auf ein 2 Bars und Restaurants was aber ausgereicht hat.

3 Wochen Aufenthalt - Urlaub mit Famile

Das Haus war schön. Ausstattung war auch in Ordnung. Gläser, Töpfe und Pfannen mussten jedoch erstmal grundgereinigt werden. Poolpflege war dürftig. Über 3 Wochen hinweg kam nur 3 mal jemand um den Pool zu reinigen. Und das auch nur oberflächlich. Nach 3 Wochen war der Zustand / Wasser nicht mehr schön anzusehen. Schade!

Finca-Urlaub Mallorca

Es ist eine kleine nette etwas ältere Finca im östlichen Hinterland und in der Nähe von Manacor. Es war ein schöner Urlaub mit großem privaten Pool. Die Finca ist rustikal eingerichtet. Abzüge gibt es beim W-Lan. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und erwas auswärts der Ortschaft. Für eine kleine Familie von 4-6 Personen war es der richtige Ort zum entspannen.

Très belle Finca au calme

La tranquillité du lieu, la magnifique piscine très bien entretenue, la climatisation silencieuse et très efficace dans les 3 chambres. La grandeur des chambres et de la Finca. La facilité de parking, le beau jardin, les restaurants à proximité. Une voiture est indispensable car la Finca se trouve sur les hauteurs du village. Les plages sont entre 10 à 20 minutes en voiture. Dans le centre du village il y a un Eroski pour faire les commissions. Le wifi fonctionne bien à l’interieur de la maison, un peu moins en extérieur. Sur les 5 chaises longues, deux sont déchirées. Il faudrait contrôler la batterie de cuisine car il y aurait des poêles à remplacer et renouveler certaines choses mais rien de bien grave. Il pourrait y avoir des serviettes de rechange pour la salle de bain car sur les 13 nuits passées on n’a pas eu de nouvelles serviettes. Il y a un lave linge, nous les avons donc lavées. Les rideaux se trouvant sur la terrasse pourraient être changés car ils sont usés et déchirés. Le gros point négatif se sont les poubelles. Sur le guide de la maison on nous dit de trier les déchets et de les déposer dans les environs mais il n’y a pas de containers dans le village. Les habitants les accrochent à des crochets mais la voirie locale ne passe pas à la Finca. Du coup on est obligé de descendre au village et de les déposer près d’une poubelle de rue. En plus il y a des jours pour chaque sorte de déchets. Il serait judicieux d’avoir une explication claire. Dans l’ensemble cette Finca reste un magnifique lieu de tranquillité où nous avons passé de très belles vacances.

Ruhe und Erholung

Wir waren zwölf Tage in der Finca Son Gorrio und vom ersten Moment an begeistert von dem schönem Haus und dem großen Garten inkl. Baum mit reifen Feigen. Die Ortschaft kann zu Fuss erreicht werden und bietet neben dem schönen Ortskern einige sehr gute Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief einwandfrei. Nach einem Unwetter erhielten wir umgehend einen neuen Sonnenschirm und auch bei Problemen mit dem Internet wurde ein Mechaniker eingesetzt. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig.
