Really great location in Trastevere area, close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Rooms were clean and tidy. We stayed with multiple family members and the set-up was perfect. Our suite consisted of five bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and a Nespresso with pods, and a common area with a kitchen and an oversized table with plenty of seating, plus a small laundry closet. Kitchen amenities included a small refrigerator and large toaster oven, ample dishware (no dishwasher), sparkling and still water dispenser, and a cappuccino maker with pods. The host included nice touches like croissants, Nutella and honey pumps, crackers, biscuits and jams, and napkins. Host was very responsive, allowed us to store luggage past checkout time which was very helpful, and provided area recommendations. Laundry, although small and took really long to dry, was helpful as we were traveling for two weeks in Italy. We had a couple issues with one or two of the room's air-conditioning units not working periodically as mentioned in some other reviews but this didn't impact our stay that negatively as the issues were very intermittent. Since this area is pretty vibrant, we did tend to sleep with the windows closed to eliminate noise at night. We felt very safe in the area walking around, even at night. We enjoyed the area, it's less touristy than some areas of Rome, with so much to offer. Like other rentals we stayed in Italy there were no tissues or paper towels.
