These elegant adjacent accommodations are ideal for group travel, offering an unparalleled vacation experience with their central location and spacious interiors.
Cozy, recently renovated apartments, perfect for families or groups, combining modern comfort with historic charm.

Located just a 10-minute walk from Piazza di Spagna, a few minutes from St. Peter's Square and the Vatican Museums, and a 10-minute walk from the Lepanto station on Metro Line A.

Spacious and welcoming recently and completely renovated apartments, featuring 6 large bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (4 of which are en-suite), two expansive living rooms, and two fully equipped kitchens.

The adjacent apartments can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests, offering 6 double beds (170x195) and 2 sofa beds (160x190) in the living rooms.
Each living room includes two large and comfortable sofas, along with additional cozy seating options.
The kitchens are fully equipped with an electric oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, kettle, juicer, espresso machine, and Italian moka coffee maker.

All rooms are equipped with fiber-optic Wi-Fi (very fast, perfect tp work) and smart TVs, providing access to sports, movies, TV series, and documentaries.
In all the bathrooms you will find phon, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Great property, great location!

These are amazing apartments. We had two next to each other but easy to spend time with all of the family. They are in a great location. They were very clean, plenty of space and great air conditioners. The communication with property managers was excellent. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful stay. We spent the last three days of a two-week trip in this home and it was beautiful, clean, and very well kept. We had 5 adult couples and one single adult and the apartments were very spacious and provided the perfect amount of privacy with a bathroom for each couple and great common areas. Host was very attentive and communicative. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Location was also great, as we were able to walk to major sites within 10-25 min. Loved our stay!

Beautiful apartments for family

My family of 11 enjoyed staying here. It located close to many sites so we walked almost everywhere. Apartments were very well equipped, but we only used the washer/ dryer. The owner was very attentive and easy to reach if we had questions. I highly recommend!

These apartments were perfect for our 2 day stay in Rome before boarding a cruise. We had 6 couples, so it accommodated all! The place is modern, clean and short walking distance from good restaurants and sites. The host, Flavia, was wonderful to work with. We had a wonderful stay with 10 family members in the two adjoining apartments that could be opened to share space and still have a closed front door. There was an elevator to use if needed. The residence felt very safe with the entrance gate and code. Our family ages 9 years old to 79 years old enjoyed the walk in showers, a bathroom for each room, new kitchens, new appliances, and large living areas open to the kitchens to gather. We all used laundry machines as needed and dishwashers without issue. Everything was new, modern, and well appointed with what we needed (glasses, dishes, soap, shampoo, utensils, ice trays). We were directly across the street from a convenience store and a short walk from grocery, restaurants, and attractions. It was a perfect location for our group. We had a great and extremely comfortable stay. Thank you for making our trip to Rome pleasant and easy!
