The apartment is spacious, bright and cozy. It has, a desk, dining table, sofas and comfortable beds. We provide fresh bedlinen and towels.

This category includes apartments with balconies or French balconies. One of the available layouts also features one double bed and two single beds. Please refer to the photos floor plans.
It is equipped with the necessary technology to offer high-speed Wi-Fi and to check in online and smart lock system to avoid waiting on arrival.

Failure to comply with any of these rules is grounds for a charge and/or you may be asked to leave the apartment:
- It is prohibited to make loud noises in the apartment or on the stairs between 10:00 PM and 09:00 AM. The apartment is equipped with a noise detector that will activate the alarm in case there are loud noises between these hours.
-Maximum departure time is 11:00 AM. And don`t forget to throw garbage in the patio containers.
- Smoking, pets, unregistered guests are prohibited.
- Damage to equipment will incur a refund charge.
